Amazing service from all at the professional car agent especially Matt! My car went in for an MOT and service recently and they went amazing from start to finish. After the service I received a video of what my car looked like and what it needed doing, even the little advisories. They managed to squeeze all the work in for me even after searching my entire car for the locking wheel nut after I’d misplaced it and managed to change the tyres and sort the brakes. I recently purchased a vehicle from this firm. The first thing I did when finding one of many that I was looking for on the web was mail the PCA, as it was a weekend. On Mon I had a call to ask if I would like to view the car, a time was fixed and we met. On arrival I found the team very cordial , tea provided and off for a test drive. All the cars details were explained , history, HPI etc. For me right car, right price & not 200 miles up the road. Deal done !! In the past I have dealt with main dealers for new cars, from Ford to Skoda & Peugeot and have found no better service than I got from PCA. They even delivered it to me ! If i could give six stars then i would. From the off these guys were nothing but helpfull. Being in the forces i was limited with time and these guys worked with me and were flexible. I had a minor issue with the engine 7 months AFTER purchase and after refusing the extended warranty phoned the garage to see were i stood. The guys took my car got the issue resolved and went above and beyond to help, which was awesome. I have now advised a number of my guys to use this garage as they are an extremely professional, helpfull, and all round good garage. Having never had a car on finance i have always been very sceptical about the whole process, within a few minuites of meeting Matt all those doubts had disappeared. Matt was more like a friend giving me good advice than a salesman trying to secure a deal as quickly as possible, We sat in there office going over every detail for about 3 hours, and at no point did i feel rushed into making a descision. Even my partner who has never borrowed money for anything said she thought i should go with these guys. When we came to collect the car 1 week later it was immaculate, it looked like it had just come out of the showroom, which was amazing for a 9 year old car. we checked over all the work that we had agreed on and matt pointed out the one tiny dent they werent able to remove, i wouldnt have even seen it. As i needed the car that day and it wasnt 100% perfect he offered to have it go into a bodyshop to get it right or have the windows tinted at his cost, as this is something he new i wanted done. I have had the car for almost a month now and it is fantastic, i no that if anything was to go wrong matt would be at the end of the phone helping to get it sorted as soon as possible and that is why me and my partner wont bother with anyone else now when we are looking to change our cars.

The guys did exactly what they said they would at the point of sale.Everything completed to agreed times/good communication etc..BUT .where these guys proved EXCEPTIONAL was when , after a couple of months , there was an issue with the car.
