Purchased a car a few months ago and so far very pleased and no problems. My main issues are that prices there are high, there is pressure to purchase extra GAP insurance (of little benefit for second hand vehicles) and if you are trading in, there is very little consideration or significant undervaluation of your old car. I was told that it would cost me £55 to trade my car in for scrap. Two weeks later, the GOV.UK website says it's MOT'd and taxed with a new owner.

I drove 589 miles to get my car from turners and wasn’t disappointed. Very professional company. Everyone as helpful as you could wish for from the receptionist to the salesmen to the business manager who deals with your sales. If you see the car that’s right for you from here as I did just buy.

My family visited Turners of Plymouth to look for another car to replace our sons ageing mini. He needed a larger car due to the birth of our beautiful baby granddaughter. Furthermore he needed a good reliable car to travel from Plymouth to Exeter every day for work. The sales team were just wonderful. Made us feel very welcomed - nice cup of coffee too. After a long ride out in their chosen car they returned to purchase. The purchase was swift and everything was explained to us, start to finish. After owning the car for about a week my son got a call asking if all was well. It was. He was so delighted he visited Turners of Roborough. He’s owned the car for a while now and he’s highly delighted. Would he/we purchase another car from this company - you bet. They are fantastic, and the whole experience was - in a word - Pluperfect. Due to our experience a few years ago with purchasing our first car from Turners of Roborough, we knew exactly where to look for our second car. Yes, it had to be Turners of Roborough. After test driving two of our picks to narrow down our choices, we decided on the gorgeous blue Hyundai. Couple days later we returned to take the Hyundai again just to be sure this was the car we wanted. After an hour or so into the test drive it was clear to me and my wife that the beautiful dark blue Hyundai was indeed to car for us. After our return to Turners we paid a deposit to secure the car. We left the car for Turners to prepare the car for collection and to finalise the purchase. The transfer was painless yet again. we also received an amazing warranty too. Everything was made clear. The car was explained to us before finally driving off with another fantastic car/warranty from a pluperfect ( best of the best) car company, Turners of Plymouth. We purchased our car in September with Turners of Roborough & we couldn't recommend their service enough. Ben was very patient with us & had lots of advice on all of the cars we were interested in. We took the car out on finance &, again, he was very informative & took us step-by-step through the process. We have since kept in touch with the garage, & today we needed some advice & even 9 months on the garage still had time to take care of us. I had been looking to change my car for some time now and regularly checked Turners of Roborough website. It is extremely easy to navigate, with comprehensive information and photographs of each vehicle for sale. In my opinion it is the best I have used, even surpassing main dealer sites. Turners of Roborough had been highly recommended to me by a friend and after my initial visit (to view a car that interested me), to finally making a purchase, I am pleased to say that I was not disappointed. Both Richard and Ian provided a very friendly, informative and helpful customer service, and at no time did I feel pressured into making a purchase. I had a good look around at all the vehicles for sale, but ultimately decided upon the car that had originally caught my attention on the website, and I am delighted to say I am now the very happy owner of a BMW 220i M Sport Coupe. I will have no hesitation in returning to Turners of Roborough again in the future, if/when I decide to change vehicles.

I love this place. The selection of cars if fantastic with something for all. I always drive past and think to myself.... That's a lot of car for the money. The sales team are polite and friendly with a no pressure approach. I often stop in for a look and have had first contact with a couple of salesmen who have a brief chat to find out if they can assist. If your just browsing they simply tell you to also keep an eye on the website as they regularly get new models in. So far a polite and friendly team with great value motors. NOTE... As for after sales I can't yet comment as I've not yet purchased a vehicle from them but I'd certainly be happy to.

Buying a car during lockdown was a completely different experience, but Ben made the whole thing as easy as possible. The personalised video he sent me was excellent - it was the honest view I wanted. And the car in person didn't disappoint. I really can't fault the service or the car both were first class. Took my Peugot 206 in for part ex and was given an excellent price. I bought a car from turners back in June, they were great to deal with back then, but yesterday they came into there own. My car got clamped by the DVLA for no tax. When I contacted them to make sure the tax was purchased on the day I bought the car. It had been. and when I contacted the DVLA it came to light that it was a DVLA admin fault. All this aside, when i initially called the guys at Turners and explained the situation they didn't hesitate to offer me the use of courtesy car off the forecourt as I have a young family that needed to get to school and nursery. They didn't have to do this as it was not there fault the car was clamped, just goes to show that the customer is there No.1 priority. TOP GUYS, totally recommended!!!!!
