customer service has been 10/10 from start to finish. Tom answered every query promptly and in detail and always responded by the time he said he would. The whole process was brilliant! I know picking up the car was dealt with differently compared to “normal” times but again Beth was lovely and friendly and the swap over was dealt with swiftly yet maintaining good customer service. This goes a long way and we have said we will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from Vospers, without a doubt.

I brought a car from Tom, and overall it was a positive experience. There was no pressured sale and he was very honest and friendly. The car was clean when i picked it up, but it wasn't valeted to a great standard, and the windscreen was very dirty on the inside, but nothing some glass cleaner didnt sort out. When I got home I Installed my dashcam and plugged it in, but found there was no power. I replaced the fuse myself to save a 2 hour drive to get it fixed. When I told them about the issue, they immediately offered me £15 worth of fuel the next time I was in the area for the inconvenience. Today I found the air conditioning was not working, although it had had new parts fitted before I purchased it. I gave them a call and they booked me in to get it fixed. The service has been very good so far, and the rating reflects this. Cars of a certain age do develop faults from time to time, and so far vospers have been very accommodating .

I didn't check the car before purchasing it as it was 150 miles away. I wish I had as there were 6-8 small door dents in the doors, scratchesall over the body work, missing all fitted mats which has cost an extra £60 from Vauxhall as it was a special edition. Plus it had 12 months mot and not one wiper blade cleared the water from the screen so another trip out to halfords to get some. So spent more money doing a 3 year old car up ready for use!!!. None of this was in the description.

My experience at Vospers of Chaddlewood was cracking because I was treated very professionally and welcoming by all staff, especially the salesman Tom, I had been on the hunt for a new car for a while but nothing had caught my eye, upon seeing their 'star car' feature on Facebook I decided to browse the rest of their range online and was immediately drawn to my BMW, the service was efficient and incredibly professional. Tom dealt with my purchase from start to finish and couldn't be further from the negative stereotypes often portrayed from car dealers, and I will certainly use him/yourselves again and recommend to family and friends in the future.
