My Fiat 500 in for its third and final service on the service contract I took out when purchased from new. No major concerns. As normal the front wheel alignment was out and has been since first service. As if it is not true, then the system highlights and error.however I have had it looked at by an independent garage and its within the manufacturers specified tolerances. Car nice and clean after service. Next service will be at my local independent garage as the follow up contracts with Vospers are crazy money.

From the moment I parked the car I was greeted with a friendly face in John who escorted me to Fiat services . This is were I meet Janet a really good customer service lady no messing 100 par cent . Janet informed me very clearly of my car's service . I was offered a coffee . Janet called me on time when my car was ready to collect and arranged for my brakes to be replaced before I went away . My car come back cleaned and polished to really high standard . With Janet and John's service I no longer need to look elsewhere for my next new car Vospers

Have had a great experience with Fiat at Vospers of Plymouth. Jennifer, a senior sales rep, has been excellent in every way since we ordered our new Fiat 500E. She has kept us informed of the build and delivery and even organised for us to chose our number plate. The day of delivery went well and since then she has answered my queries on certain controls very competently. The car is fantastic and we tested the range with a 146 mile round trip to Padstow. My Fiat 500 had its service and MOT here on Monday. As always, Vospers were incredibly efficient. On the day, reception was superb, as always. There was an allocated parking space to which I was ushered perfectly. The service desk was available immediately and I was called later when my car was ready for collection. A special thankyou goes to Janet who was extraordinarily helpful - well beyond what was necessary. Unfortunately I left my driving licence behind. Janet posted it by signed for delivery straightaway. Dropped my Fiat Panda off for service and MOT on the 10th May, and reported it wasn't running too well. What happened after that, is the stuff motoring nightmares are made of. Without going into great detail, Nigel and his team went above and beyond to get things sorted. Over the next couple of weeks Nigel sorted my warranty, and contacted Fiat, all resulting in a very positive outcome. A great effort, and a huge thank you to Nigel and his team.

I needed a new exhaust for a 2013 Panda 4x4. I called Vospers Exeter 3 times and was told I would be called back, I received no call. I called and asked to hold 15 minutes later cutoff. Plymouth is only 10 minutes more to drive than Exeter. Rang Plymouth after a short wait put through to Nigel in service. And booked car in. Chalk and Cheese. Day of appointment met in carpark by a staff member who takes the milage and gives me a ticket to give to Nigel to say where the car was. My appointment was delayed whilst they finished off the previous job. I was offered coffee and kept informed of progress. I will go back to Plymouth but Exeter not.Same company but different feel and service ethos

I am now the lucky and proud owner of my 5th Fiat 500 ( sounds like a tongue twister :D ) I decided to drive the Fiat 500 after being pushed into it by one of my children and I’m so pleased I did! The sale of all of them has been made with ease and fuss free and delivered by Jenny who is both friendly and knowledgable. Jenny has never been a pushy salesperson and is by no means the stereotypical ‘car sales person’ . The Fiat 500 is nippy and so cheap to run - I have just driven to Nottingham and my trip recorder stated that I did the journey averaging 57.6 miles to the gallon! Brilliant! I’d 100% recommend Vospers to purchase any car but I’d 110% say ‘buy a Fiat from Jenny and you’ll not be disappointed’

I fist purchased a new FIAT Panda in 2017 and received service such as I had not experienced previously; it was truly beyond my expectation. Because of my wife's health issues I needed a larger car and have just, by telephone and internet, purchased a new FIAT Tipo. I went back to the same young lady I had dealt with previously and received the same most excellent service. Because it was done over the telephone and internet we did experience some issues but these were dealt with quickly and professionaly. The source of the problem turned out to be the DVLA being extremely slow (probably a Covid issue).
