I went to Vospers Peugeot knowing I wanted a 3008. With the current chip shortage it was a longer process than I had hoped for but that was totally beyond Vospers control. We couldn't ask for better! Shaun Davis helped us once again with a replacement Motorbility Car as it was time to change - this time a gleaming white Peugeot 2008SUV with a Diamond Brite finish. Shaun kept in touch regularly so we knew how the new order was progressing. He is always polite and friendly and shows a true empathy for the disabled. He spent time showing me how the new car, and particularly the dashboard, worked, explaining in a down to earth manner that made it easy to understand - And that is precisely why we came back to order from him again. The new car is amazing. A fantastic drive, easy to adjust to - even for a Nannyma! And the heated seats are a bonus. Thank you so very much!

We were so lucky that we got some excellent help from Paul Bosanko at Vospers. He was knowledgeable about the cars, but there was no sign of any hard-sell. In fact, at one point, I asked if we could delay things as I wasn't sure we had chosen the right vehicle and he was understanding and supportive. He couldn't have been more helpful. We did buy the car the next day. It's our first fully electric car, so he took all the time needed to help familiarise us with the controls and settings. Could not have had better help anywhere

Wayne Russel was great. He was polite, considerate, helpful and ultimately a great salesman. He knew his stuff and he shared a lot of knowledge with me throughout the duration of the checks and sale. He allowed me to explore my options before making a final decision - so he was very patient too. There was no pressure. The only annoying thing is that no one is allowed to test drive, but Wayne made me feel at ease despite no test drive by sending lots of videos and pictures of the car. I came away with some goodies in the car too which was a nice personal touch. He made the experience of buying my first new car feel great. Highly recommend buying here.

Due to being in the second lockdown I was unable to take the car for a test drive or even sit in it, however this did not stop Wayne from giving us a fantastic view of the car initially with detailed photos and then a live video which enabled me to ask questions or view specific areas of the car. I always go to Vospers to get my Peugeot serviced and maintained. They are not cheap, but prices are fair, and you get what you pay for. Always found the Peugeot section professional, friendly, honest, and a quality service. Nice showroom and waiting area with tv and coffee. Courtesy car offered during service. They also send text messages letting you know what's happening to your car. Good experience.

Mot was a bit longer than usual. Towing electrics fail but tested again after a test with towing hitch installer. Was considered that vespers test equipment needed checking as they were quite old.
