Bought a 2nd hand car here last summer, the customer service at the time was really good, friendly but also very professional. A minor issue arose during the year and the garage responded rapidly to my inquiry about it, offering to pay to fix the issue quickly and in full at a garage closer to my house. The customer service throughough was excellent.

Excellent, sadly the online booking didn't work but the team done all in their power to keep the car that day. They even lent a hire car whilst they sorted the service out as to not effect family life.

We just wanted to say that we had a really positive experience when buying our SEAT Arona from you recently. It took us three trips down to your sales department for us to finally make up our minds but each time we were met with the same warm welcome and good service. At no time were we given the “oversell” just good information and solid advice. We were given time and space and at no time did we feel under pressure. Slow posting this, but just wanted to pass my thanks to Mike at Plymouth Seat Vospers. I bought an IBIZA FR automatic about 6 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the car and its driving performance. Would recommend again SEAT and really pleased with this model and its features. Mike was excellent regards the whole sale process, regards making sure , I was very happy with the final agreed deal including a trade-in with my old Leon and appreciated the flexibility and patience in finding me the best combination of paying money up front and finance which gave me grteat peace of mind. I went into Vospers SEAT in Plymouth and had a warm welcome by Andrew who was keen to show me around. He asked what I was looking for and a price range. He explained everything to me and discussed what I was looking for in a new car. He sent me over some brochures after our first chat. My Lerner and parents wanted to see the car in the show room which was a SEAT ARONA FR Sport red edition. He made time for them and again went brewing everything with them. Based on this we were happy to go ahead and pay a deposit for the car. I was then passed onto Adrian who took over the next pet of the process. Again, Adrian was great, he sent me a video of the car we had placed a deposit on and explained things such as the GAP insurance, service plan and paint protection. He kept in contact with me throughout and made the process for me stress free which is exactly what you want when buying a new car. Adrian ensured that my number plate was all ready in on the car and confirmed a pick up time for us. When we arrived to pick up our new car Adrian was again fantastic, going through everything and making it a special day for us. The overall experience from start to Finnish was faultless. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I had the best experience at Seat! The staff were so helpful, kind and funny. The knowledge was fab and they couldn't do enough to help us, even though i was getting a motability car, they didn't judge me and treated me just like a normal customer. I was really nervous about the stigma attached to getting a motability car and about being judged, but not from these guys!
