We are very happy with the service from Vospers at Valley Rd in Plymouth. Tony our sales adviser was very helpful from the beginning, helping us decide on which options would best suit us, also certain elements that we wouldn’t require. We bought our Ford Ranger Wildtrax with confidence through Vospers. That didn’t waver at any point throughout the process. We are delighted with the new truck, the build quality is excellent and the space is just what we were after. We will definitely be returning to Vospers when we upgrade. Wanted to use Ford main dealer for my van service as you get quality parts and service,,drop off and collection was easy and straight forward,,only gripe was topping up of brake fluid level was extra,I thought this would have been included with the parts and labour on a first service but overall a good experience

Whilst touring around the west country in my motorhome, the brake warning light came on. Vospers were only 15 miles away. The staff were extremely helpfull, brake pads were virtually down to the metal and the dics were badly pitted. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Can't praise them enough for their friendliness, speed and expertise....and their coffee!

Motorhome - peugeot boxer base - in for warranty repair of Airbag ECU - Sam, Leanne and Ben - brilliant - helpful, friendly - great customer care - kept us informed every step of the way. No hassle about warranty claim - moho in at 8am and out at 0915 - super quick and professionally done. Really pleased with care and customer service. Would recommend - thanks to all at Vospers.

I dealt with Tim when looking to buy a pick up and I couldn't rate him highly enough. Completely down to earth, not at all pushy and just a genuinely decent guy which really put us at ease. Most of my contact with him was via email, instead of face to face or over the phone, and he was more than happy to help do whatever he could to makes the process painless. Unfortunately Paul, I believe he is the manager, was not at all interested in helping or even keeping me updated when Tim was ill. Luckily Jake stepped up and did what he could while Tim was away. I highly recommend dealing with Tim and my thanks to him and Jake.

Excellent service when using them to mot my wife's pick-up. I was able to drop it off Friday evening in order to get the first slot on Saturday morning and it was ready within an hour on the Saturday morning. A great service and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from really helpful and approachable team at the Plymouth Van center. This was a change of transit at the end of a hire agreement. We looked at all the competition, but they were either more expensive, couldn`t match the speck or a combination of both. The Transit Custom is just well finished with lots of useful tech and tools. Can`t seem to find better at the moment. The new van is now even quieter and smoother to travel in. More like a car experience.

Can’t recommend Daniel Walker at vosper on valley road enough. I bought a ford transit custom and nothing was to much trouble couldn’t make up mind weather to buy it or no and we just kept in contact no pushy sale and any questions he was there to answer. So if you are thinking about buying a new van get down there well worth a visit and so many nice vehicles to choose from.
