Just took delivery of my pre-owned Mini. Had a brilliant experience with Bowker Mini. First class service. Thanks to Joey Foster who took care of every aspect of the sales side, the accounts team who sorted the banking stuff and the telephone receptionist who was charming. Cheers guys.

My partner bought a Mini from a small dealer in Rochdale, I believe it was. It had been MOT'd but after a few days we noticed a few issues. We took it to Mini Bowker to get it looked at and they sent us videos of the car having a service done, and then said they could order all the parts in and get it done after Christmas. My partner took the car in on Thursday and everything was fixed by yesterday. Considering they had to fix the boot button (faulty wiring), the roof trim as it's a convertible and a couple of other things, they did it extremely quickly. Would have been done the same day but they needed to order a part in as the license plate light wasn't working. They gave us a temporary car while we waited for ours to be fixed and now we have a perfect working Mini. Couldn't thank them enough for their wonderful service.

We cannot praise Bowker Mini highly enough for the purchase of our new mini in very trying times as the Coronvisus raised its ugly head in March. Whilst it took a few months to get everything sorted we couldn’t have been in better hands. From the moment you walk into the showroom all the staff are so helpful and friendly and well presented. A big big thank you to Simon Collinson for his friendliness and professional knowledge and absolute gentleman and no pressure salesman. Just as importantly he’s there after your purchase to sort out any queries or problems you may in occur, you certainly wouldn’t get that from any online car purchase. We did look at other BMW Dealerships but in our opinion we chose wisely and chose BOWKERS

We found a mini online from here, and a phone call, secured the mini, while we had a long drive to see the car, a test drive was organised, and after a negotiation with a charming gentleman called Simon, we agreed a price that was acceptable, it needs a valet, and checking over, and hopefully in a weeks time, we can pick up the car, nice staff and all straight forward, so would highly recommend a visit, ps if you see a car online from here a deposit is a good idea, because there is a limited stock of quality cars, and while we were driving up another customer wanted to see the car, so be quick

Received good customer service when purchasing my Mini but have unfortunately experienced problems with their Servicing Department. I arrived at Bowker on the morning of the service (having received an email notification of the booking) but nobody from the Servicing Department was there and the front door was locked. The receptionist told me to go home and I would be contacted. However, I had to contact them and then was cut off in the process and have they have still not been in contact. I've now arranged the service with Lloyds Blackpool who took my details and rang me back true to word. I am happy with my Mini but the experience has put me off buying from Bowker. I wonder if the service may have been better if I had not pre-paid for the TLC package, as they would have received payment for the service on the day? So, it's something to be aware of if you are buying from them.
