They finished job early and alerted me by phone as they knew I was on a soaking wet cycle ride in torrential rain. Met me at the entrance with key ready for me to load bikes into car. I purchase a Range Rover Sport from Browns in August this year. I must say that the experience i had was exceptional. The sales executive young Joe was fantastic and very professional and courteous, but I never felt pressurised. Simon was extremely helpful with dealing with my personal registration plate transfer and the car is amazing. The true test of any car dealer is the way they deal with you ‘after sales’ and again they have been first class in dealing with a minor problem while was covered with under warranty. They even provide me with a courtesy car. Robin and the rest of the service team were excellent. Browns is a well established family firm and it’s clear to see that their ethos is to provide excellent products and service. Been a customer of Browns since 2006. Purchased both used and new vehicles from them - and found them to be reasonable and fair to deal with, and having excellent after-sales service. Most recent is March 2017. No issues at all with servicing, and Browns is a business I would recommend to friends - which says a lot. Darren - the manager, is responsive and customer focused. That attitude seems to echo down throughout the business. All those I've interacted with have been both pleasant and efficient. I have no connections whatsoever with Browns - apart from being a customer.

My dad has a bad back and can't get about without a car. When his broke on Monday, I managed to get Tuesday afternoon off to take him to look at the one he'd decided he wanted. After being messed about by that dealer who said they couldn't possibly have it ready for at least a week (I suspect they didn't want to sell to him because he didn't want credit) and thinking we were stuck until Saturday, we contacted Brown's about a very similar one they had listed. I'd expected to be leaving a voice mail but spoke to Ian who was super helpful, calling us back with more info within a few minutes, and while Dad was wary, he decided to just go ahead and buy it as he really needed to be mobile again. Not only did they make buying over the phone easy, but they delivered it Friday morning so he didn't have to wait for me to be free on Saturday, and it's arrived with a decent amount of petrol and charge in it. It's in brilliant condition, it's higher spec than the first one we looked at and it was cheaper too. Dad's delighted with it. Thanks Ian!

I had to contact Browns when my L200 failed it's MOT due to a tyre. Having owned the vehicle for two years I've never had to take a wheel off. I bought the L200 second hand not from Browns. I soon realised that the locking nut was not the one for my vehicle. They fitted the tyre which I purchased elsewhere and replaced all locking nuts. Very helpful and reasonably priced.
