Within a week of querying a vehicle and selling my own, I was collecting my new car! All the agreements were sent over the day before collection, so I was only in the branch for half an hour while finishing up. My new car had been serviced, MOT'd and valeted before arrival and was ready in the showroom for my collection. I was able to look around the vehicle to make sure everything was okay before taking away. Jonathan Whitehurst was amazing and checked up on me the day after and a week later. He made it clear that with any issues, I could go back to him. Thank you, again! Only issue would be the customer parking, only about 5 spaces which were full when I pulled up.

The best experience I've ever had buying a car. From picking up the phone to enquire, right through to collecting my vehicle, it was faultless. I was happy with the service at Motordepot Preston because Himat Singh was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and helped us to find our perfect model. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, and after we had bought, to keep us updated about everything. Fab service from start to finish. From first enquiry, to picking up my new car was 3.5 days. This involved the guys at CarSupermarket Preston putting a rush on for me as I found myself unexpectedly car-less. They really went above and beyond to help me out. They got everything sorted for me in lightening speed, but with all the care and due diligence you would expect from such a high value purchase. All paperwork was professionally arranged, they organised the tax on my behalf and even (!) picked me up from the train station on the day i came to collect. On arrival at the showroom, i was in and out, with my new car, in about 10 minutes. All this is to not over look the fact that I am very impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the very reasonable price I secured it for. Absolutely fab service. Would highly recommend.

I purchased an almost new car from Motordepot Preston. It was a nice and pleasant experience which could of been perfect if not missing a few bits which should of been sorted beforehand. The service history book and folder was missing, no spare key and was no tyre repair kit, in the boot space. But the salesman reliably informed me they have been ordered, and they did arrive afterwards. Nice and friendly and was complient with covid-19 to ensure safety when purchasing. Well what can I say, I do not usually write reviews but I feel I must after my recent experience with Motordepot. I visited the Motordepot Preston with the fear that they would be like all other car sales garages but I couldn't have been more wrong. Upon entering the site I was greeted by a lovely Gentleman who introduced himself as Matthew and asked if I would like any help with anything. When I advised I was purely looking he polity handed me a booklet along with explaining a little about the Business and allowed me to look around the site at my leisure with no pressure. After Five minutes or so he popped back to see me and asked if I have seen anything that caught my eye. We had a lovely conversation about how I am thinking of coming out of my company car and in to a PCP and he gave me some great in depth information about this and what I would be looking at for the budget I had. As and when I am ready to buy a car I will be returning to Motordepot Preston. I would recommend Motordepot Preston and even more so to speak to Matthew from the sales team. I hope my review helps other looking to buy a new car in the Preston area.

The staff are very unorganised and dont pass notes on so you never know where you’re upto with arranging test drives/purchase etc. I also feel a bit let down with the quality as when you spend over 15k on a vehicle you dont expect it to be in fuel reserve, have a slow puncture, no mats, no dust caps and a faulty reverse light. Staff & service could be better.

Just another car supermarket. Average prices on the whole, but WATCH OUT for their " admin charges" £199.00!! This is added to all sales, to pay for things that should be included in the price of the vehicle in the first place. Really!!! I just walked away, they lost a sale. Total rip off.
