I'd rate my experience with CBS Autos as the best used car buying experience I've experienced. We are located some hours away, the deal was based on trust. They offered a very good part exchange price, without physically seeing our car. They provided a personal video of the car we bought from them, and accurately and truthfully described it. We had a minor repair to make on our car, which took a few days, but Ben was patient and held our new car. When we eventually met face to face we found the site to be clean, tidy and inviting. They have good levels of stock. Ben was just as accomodating and friendly when we met and collected our new car. He couldn't help more, every detail was catered for. The car itself is a gem, and way above the average car, very happy with it. Even when we hit a problem with my private plate, it didn't phase Ben, he found a way around the problem. Very knowledgeable and obviously knows his way around the motor industry. Highly recommended

CBS Autos are a pleasure to buy a car from. The team make it easy every step of the way. I've now had two cars from them and my father bought one 6 years ago which he still loves. Their customer service is always first-class. I've found that they always give you a very competitive trade-in price on your old car, even if it needs some repairs. Mine did. Ben offered me good advice with plenty of options on financing and warranty. I'm quite busy with work and it was great that they took the hassle out of car buying by taking care of all the important details like road tax, reg plate transfers, MOT's, warranty etc. They did everything! I dealt with Ben and Kev who were extremely helpful. Overall the guys at CBS really can't do enough for you. They provide you with excellent support and aftercare and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic place! No pressure to buy, but plenty of friendly and helpful advice. A real effort was made to find a model of car that would be suitable for my needs and fit my budget. Ben then went on to find a really good deal on finance and a great car. I couldn't find a fault with any part of the process, we got plenty of updates on where everything was up to and after care is just great as well. You get the genuine feeling that you are still a customer even after you drive the car out of there. I cannot recommend CBS Autos enough. I know I'm coming back here for my next car.

Bought my Hyundai Veloster from CBS Autos. I am generally not a fan of car sales people but this dealer impressed me right from the start. I recently bought my first proper car from CBS Autos, my parents have bought many cars from here over the years and they was very happy with the experience they received, so I thought it to be the obvious choice for me to buy a car from them also. I can't fault the process of buying and collecting my new car from CBS Autos, the whole process was enjoyable and I was given regular updates as to how the car was being prepared for me to collect (vehicle service, MOT etc). The car was in perfect condition when I went to collect it and I am extremely happy with the car. I would highly recommend CBS Autos to anyone, the experience and aftercare was unbeatable. I will definitely be going to CBS Autos for my next car.

I called on a Sunday morning to check the availability of a Seat to test drive. I was surprised by how friendly Kevin was as he gave me details of the history of the vehicle on the phone before I'd even seen the car (he really knows his stuff). Upon arriving, Kevin was once again friendly and polite; not your average car salesman by a long shot. The car is absolutely spot on and the service from CBS was top notch. If you're after a second hand car without the usual 'used car experience', I'd definitely recommend these guys. Needless to say, the Seat I test drove is now my Seat and I'm really pleased with the quality of the car, which was a lot of car for the money.

I bought a car from CBS Autos to take back to Ireland. My first contact was with Kevin when I rang to inquire about the car. He could not have been more helpful and emailed me details of the MOT and HPI reports. Ben picked me up from Preston railway station and the car was ready to go despite the short notice that I had given. The car was exactly as described which is always a relief when you are buying a car that you have not seen. Very helpful and friendly people to deal with. Excellent place! Being a relatively young girl on my own I have always been a bit nervous dealing with car sales people, believing they would all rip me off, but what an absolute pleasure this place is, I saw a beautiful little car on my way home from work and decided to go in and have a look. what a joy, I was taken for a test drive and left to look over the car at my own pace before going home to think about it. Just picked up our Range Rover Evogue from CBS autos, we traveled from West Cumbria to buy the vehicle. He had one of his team collect us from the train station which helped. The car was exactly as described which happen to be in perfect condition. So today I picked up my nissan juke from here and I absolutely love it! I first got my fiat punto here and decided I wanted a bigger car, Kevin and Ben made this happen both times I have been here I've had very excellent customer service and been well looked after. We have purchased our last two cars from CBS Auto’s and it has been a pleasure each time. Our first was a 2003 MR2, although they didn’t have our specific requirements in stock they were able to find us one within a couple of weeks. We have also just purchased our 62 Reg Nissan Qashqai from them too. We had looked at many main dealers and national companies but they showed very little interest because we were paying cash. So refreshing to find a dealer that actually seems to care about what they do. I bought my Nissan 370Z nearly a year ago and have since loved every minute of it.
