A. M.Bought my VW Touareg from these guys! No quibble, no rush or hard sale. Let me Carry out a full inspection and plug my diagnostic scanner in. Straight up and honest which is hard to find in the car sales game, even got a little bit off to rectify a bit off paint work. Fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks again gents.
M. R.My 1st impression was Minder! But don't judge a book by its cover. Jon has a no-nonsense approach to his customers and that is refreshing in the car sales market. I bought a C-Max from them for nearly £16k mostly because it was just so straight forward. A few days after purchase I had two problems. 1) there was a finance marker on HPI car check and 2) it needed a replacement battery (£270) because of an issue with stop start. Both were sorted quickly and without any quibble whatsoever. Jon took full ownership without me even having to ask. No arguments, hardly even a conversation. Both issues were resolved quickly, no questions asked. I simply cannot ask more than a simple straight forward transaction with immediate customer support and no quibble immediate resolution to problems. 1st class. I will buy from here again!

Very good communications, helpful and responsive in addressing any queries we had, and they went out of their way to help us purchase a car from them. When we subsequently found that the heating didn't work, they immediately arranged for it to be fixed by our local dealer. They are also registered with the Motor Ombudsman. We found them to be very honest and would recommend them without hesitation.
