Recently bought a used car from Sam. I usually dislike car showrooms and pushy salesman but Chorley Group and especially Sam were different. It was a very enjoyable experience and I didn't feel pressured or rushed. When I viewed the car originally it was raining heavy and therefore it wasn't until the day of collection I noticed numerous deep scratches and a dent in the bodywork. I called Sam right away and emailed him some photos, fully expecting to be ignored, but Sam was quick to respond and sorted out a courtesy car while the scratches were repaired. Excellent service and can not fault the place or the staff. I collected my car today after the repairs and I couldn't be happier. I will be recommending Chorley Group to friends and family as I have every faith in the company. Lewis Rourke was very helpful and accommodating when I recently purchased my 1-year old MG ZS. Since I live nearly 300 miles away from the Preston dealership, all my queries had to be dealt with by email or phone. Lewis answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns promptly and even sent me a short video of the vehicle (inside and out). On the day before the vehicle was due to be delivered, Lewis informed me that the scheduled driver was no longer available. I was disappointed as I had kept my diary free. However, Lewis acted quickly and sorted out an alternative delivery method and although delivery was pushed back by a day, my car arrived safely. I advised Lewis after delivery that the parcel shelf was damaged and since this was not mentioned previously, he arranged to have a replacement sent to me. Lewis’ quick action in dealing with all these issues made the whole process of purchasing my vehicle from the dealership stress-free. Thank you very much!

Smooth, trouble free purchase and part exchange. Anton was really helpful and due to the Covid-19 restrictions all precautions were respected and taken by us and the Nissan staff. We were informed that the car I was purchasing wouldn't be ready until 2 days after my visit but it was delivered on time with no trouble. Purchased a 2019 Nissan Leaf, at good price compared to market. I received good customer service and the car was delivered as planned to my home on back of car trailer. All documents and loose items were in the car, and overall I'm extremely happy with the Nissan Leaf. Also having a car with the manufacturers warranty means I can take it to any local Nissan dealer, (as I live 120 miles from Preston) so this gives additional peace of mind.

Really impressed with the service here. As soon as I found the car I liked online, I put in a request for a test drive and a lovely lady replied to my request within the hour. I think her name was Jo. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to make the test drive due to my working hours but Jo was really accommodating. Went for the test drive and was met by Adam. Who was very patient considering he had stayed at work longer just to accommodate me. I decided that day that the car was for me and Adam arranged it so I could pick it up just two days later. I went to pick up my car and Adam made everything very simple and easy to follow and I was away with my car within the hour. Lovely service and would definitely recommend to others. I recently bought a 16 plate Nissan Qashqai from the Preston branch, this process started December 23rd and was concluded on January 2nd. I have bought lots of cars over the years from many different showroom and I have to say that the service I received from Chorley Nissan in Preston has been the best I have ever had and I don't say this lightly either. My sales person Louise I can't speak highly enough of her product knowledge of what she was selling was nothing short of outstanding., nothing was too much trouble her curtosey and all round approach was one of the best I have ever come across. The whole process from the initial "I will get the keys " to have a look right through to picking up the keys was superb. The preparation of the vehicle to delivery was excellent and Louise rang and suggested it would be better to wait an extra day rather than rush it through was excellent advice and one which I feel put the customer first , a rare commodity in this day and age. My car was ready on time and as promised.I for one will return to the branch for my next car and will hope that Louise is still there as I have nothing but the highest praise and confidence on her. Although we had a long journey to pick up our new Nissan Qashqai, Fort William to Chorley Lancashire, we were received by sales executive Phillip Williamson, who after introducing himself offered us some long needed coffee, which was lovely. He talked us through the process of all the paper work that was involved with purchasing our car. I am a big believer in credit where credit is due and I’d like to acknowledge some excellent customer service that I experienced today when I contacted the parts department at Preston Nissan. I dealt completely with a member of staff called Jade Smith. Jade afforded me exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to deal with my enquiry. I had contacted the garage about a totally random plastic fixing - that’s located in the depths of my pick up trucks tailgate. Jade identified and ordered the part I required; which was no mean feat owing to the fact I didn’t even know the tiny parts name or reference code. I ended the call completely satisfied with the service I had received from Jade. Jade made an awkward and convoluted parts purchase, so easy and straight forward.
