Had a very positive experience when buying from Deepdale. I traveled from West Yorkshire to view the vehicle. I rang beforehand and they immediately offered to take the vehicle off sale until I had chance to get across. I did not expect this. On arrival we were given the keys and left alone to check the vehicle out. After a decent test drive (alone) and a friendly negotiation I bought the car. Everyone we met at the garage was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

I bought a 13 year old car from Deepdale. I did my research on the car and the business. I was happy enough to put a deposit down before seeing the vehicle in person and also happy to travel 90 miles to collect it. Unfortunately, the car broke down after only 18 miles. I called Deepdale with a growing sense of unease, but they could not have handled it in a more efficient and professional way. They sent someone to buy me a coffee (and food had I wanted) whilst the courtesy vehicle arrived. The courtesy vehicle was less than an hour, followed by the recovery truck. I was quickly called by the owner, who apologised for the problems. He then went on to explain my options - which included a full refund. I liked them so much, I was happy to wait until they investigated and got back to me. The problem was diagnosed as a fuel pump. I waited a couple of weeks whilst they got the parts. They kept me updated with progress throughout. Unfortunately, the fuel pump didn't fix the issue and they had to spend more money to sort. Because I needed a car quickly, I decided to get my money back. They refunded me with no qualms. It was an unfortunate incident, and could have happened anytime, but I would thoroughly recommend them - and would use them again.

Recently part exchanged my wife’s Vauxhall for a Honda, as we had travelled in my car we didn’t have it with us, I can hear you saying how stupid we are !, after giving them details of the car we wanted to part exchange we were given a decent offer. All the people we dealt with were very professional, polite, friendly and honest, as we both work shifts as nurses were even given the offer of someone staying back later to help us sort stuff out if we couldn’t get over during office hours. The Honda came to us cleaned, serviced and is a really great car. I would 100% buy from this company again and probably will when the time comes for me to change my own car

Cannot believe how good this service has been. I placed my car for sale through Motorway on Sunday and it was entered in the next day’s auction. Deepdale Motors won with the highest bid and I was amazed when Chris called me to say he could collect on the following day. Bang on time a really nice chap called John turned up and gave the car the once over. After a slight reduction in the winning bid due to a couple of minor scratches that I missed during the registration process a final price was agreed and promptly paid by Faster Payment into my account. The whole process from start to finish took just 3 days with no mither. I would not hesitate to recommend both Motorway and Deepdale Motors as they both ensured I got a great price for my car.

Sold car through Motorway and Chris and team were the dealer with the sale agreed. Really easy process, first time using them (or Motorway) and Chris explained everything the day before and then came to collect the car the next day. After all the necessary checks and reviews, then money sent to my bank whilst stood on drive. Overall an excellent service and would highly recommend.

I purchased a car 4 weeks ago from Deepdale Motor Company and I can say it's been a pleasure from start to finish. From the first time I contacted them over the phone to me visiting and purchasing the vehicle. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional they sorted out all my paperwork and documentation including my road tax for the vehicle which saved me a job. I've now been driving 4 weeks trouble free and everything has been spot on as they described no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company for your car needs. Nice range of cars. Always seems to choose vehicles for sale carefully. They are in good condition and have good qualities whether that's low milage or full service history etc. Cars move in and out very quickly and don't stay around long, which appears to vouch for their competitive pricing of their stock. Would shop for a used vehicle here.
