Very happy with how we've been treated whilst looking and purchasing our new car. Well looked after by all staff. No pushy sales people, just down to earth and helpful. Great knowledge of the cars and understood what we were after. Ask for Jason, top bloke! Nice coffee too.

Bought a 2017 XC60 D5 a couple of weeks ago. No pressure selling and everything was explained perfectly. I’m a director of a company and been in sales for over 20 years. It’s very refreshing to see how It’s done properly, exactly how I would treat people. I have just recently taken my car back, to get some minor bodywork done on the vehicle. Greeted by the manager and looked after very quickly. Jason is especially helpful. Not all car dealers are the same!

Highly recommend Doves Volvo, smooth process from start to finish. No pushy sales talk, no pressure to purchase additional products, although made fully aware of what was available. Jason - salesman dealt promptly and professionally with everything throughout, backed up by the business team, nothing was too much trouble. Just how purchasing a car should be, thanks.

Even though we didn't purchase our car from Doves the service we received when we had a fault was excellent. It took a while to rectify the problem, under warranty, but they were patient and persistent in finding a way to resolve the issue . Without exception, everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Changed my review, from originally 1 star, there was a big mix-up over the V5 and taxation, but in the end the manager personally resolved this and gave a full explanation as to why it had happened. The dealership were very helpful in getting our finance arranged, and although the handover was much shorter than it should have been for our new XC90 (cue many Google searches) overall we are happy and the aftercare so far has been good.

Appointment for motorhome recall works - booked in by very helpful reception team. Works took placed at scheduled time and were completed quickly and efficiently. Comfortable waiting area with hot drinks machine. Excellent service.

Service side of things so far seems okay. Weren't competitive or even close when trying to buy a new car though :/ purchasing from a dealer hundreds of miles away and having the car delivered was significantly cheaper (on a factory order so not even talking about a already delivered special offer).

got an xc60 and an xc40 and can say they that they are both excellent cars. a different class to anything I have recently driven. stylish and classy but understated. (unlike Chavrover evoques etc). can't rate the cars highly enough for comfort and reliability. only negative is they closed Blackburn branch and I have a long drive for a service

It's a volvo sales and service place . It's over powering . Somewhat aloof type of sales area . It's good to visit as it shares the large showroom with other makes like the fabulous ABARTH range and fiat . Theres a huge used sales out door area helpfully staff . And the whole dealership is well worth the visit .
