What a wonderful place. Paul was amazing at helping me choose a new car. He was helpful and explained everything thoroughly so I was sure of everything. The communication from Paul and the rest of the team has been exceptional. It was clear that nothing was too much trouble for Paul and was nice to chat to him as well as purchase the vehicle. Had a great experience throughout and looking forward to picking my car up. This was the first car place I went to when looking for my new car and I’m so glad I chose here. Couldn’t be happier. This couple made the experience of buying a car the best I have ever had and I've bought a lot in the past 40 yrs. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Warranty, AA cover and lot's of information.Mandy is a gem too, they couldn't do enough to help. They even dropped the car off for me 2hrs. Paul was fantastic. I pretty much bought the cheapest car they offered and the assistance he provided was still top-notch. Paul assisted with tax and insurance whilst I was in his office despite this taking over an hour and was able to give me lots of useful advice and the ongoing offer of support. Paul's a great genuine bloke, bought a small van off him and it came with a warranty , AA cover and full service , I will be recommending him to family and friends, if you let him know what you want and your price range if he's not got it he'll find it. Very friendly and not pushy like the ones you get normally. He help tax and insure it and even accomodated our German Shepherd, thanks Paul, well be in touch when our vicky passes her test.

Brilliant, from Start to finish , we only went to browse a Landrover but when it was presented to us immaculate we had no hesitation of buying it there and then . Nothing was too much trouble we were not pressured in anyway . Paul took time to take my husband out and then explained all about the car and its workings and even offered to deliver it for us and pick up the trade in the same day . The customer service was second to none We got a fair price for our trade in too . I would certainly use this family concern again they said if we have any concerns whatsoever now or in the future to contact them and they will do their best to sort anything out we wanted . Great car at a reasonable price. Only downside was we saw the car advertised with aircon, it was only after we bought it we realised there was a blank where the aircon should have been, we wouldn't have bought the car had we known this. Having said that, it's a great little Corsa and ideal as a first car for our 17 year old. I would definitely buy from this dealer again, we found Paul very helpful and he did hang on to the car for us for a couple of days until we could get to see it. We live in Norfolk but think it's worth the drive to Rochdale when our other son buys his first car in the next few months.

Buying selling and swapping cars is always a headache these days , I've just bought a cheap px vehicle for my dad and couldn't be any happier with LCH cars , we were treated no different than if we were buying a £30k car and we was one of the annoying type of customers that have to be awkward and go at a daft out of hours time. We love the car, however it was advertised to have two car keys and we came to an agreement with the dealer, but when we where arranging to get the keys we were mucked around having to constantly go back and forth between him and the car key place as he refused to ring them himself and ended up having to wait four months to actually get the key which we already had to go out of our way and pick up and it was the cheapest key possible not an transponder key that we where led on to think we where going to be getting. Situation was not dealt with in the best way.

I had a good experience of buying a vehicle from Paul and Mandy. His communication is swift, he picked me up from the station and I felt no pressure in viewing the car. I had a minor fault with the car not shortly after purchase, but Paul was quick to book the car in and get it looked at for me. It turned out to be minor corrosion on the battery terminal and i was impressed by how quickly Paul resolved it all for me. I am currently awaiting a log book to come through and I can see that Paul and Mandy are genuine and care about the buyer and your experience. There was no hard sell and it was a pleasure to meet them both. I got warranty with the vehicle and garage cover. It is also AA approved so I am confident that if I was to have any issues that I could contact Paul and he would aim to resolve them for me. I now am keen to get my private plates on my vehicle and am just awaiting the log book to come through so I can sort my vehicle out. I would recommend them and I would use their services again because good customer service is important to me and how the seller also treats you after the sale. You won’t be disappointed!!
