Sasha was so helpful; we had a pretty clear idea of what kind of car we wanted and Sasha found some options and allowed us time and space to look round the cars. Test drive was easily arranged. We were offered a really good price on our car on part exchange. Car we bought was immaculately valeted on collection and HPI report was sent to us for free to show finance from previous owner was wiped. No sales pressure or pushiness whatsoever, just honest and knowledgeable approach. Absolute gold standard in used car sales and would recommend to anyone.

Following an accident, I went to HPL purely due to good stock levels and locality. When I arrived all the staff were pleasant & welcoming. I was initially tended to by a trainee who was pretty awful. He did his best to be a jack the lad, car sales guy who new nothing about any of the cars and even got it wrong when reading it from the website. Then, I was handed over to Kevin. He was great, honest, polite and informative. He did everything he said he was going to do. Kevin even called HPL on his day off to make sure my car was ready. When, I went to do the pick up. I was met by Sasha, lovely sales person who was transparent, informative and generally very lovely. I was pleased with the experience. Until the next day when I noticed that the valet was pretty poor. There were lots of marks on the seats, the glove box had not be cleaned at all, the storage between the seats, also not cleaned. So, I have spent time cleaning it out. Not want you want when you were do pleased with the experience. Such a shame the valet service let the whole team down. Apart from that all was good.

If you are thinking of purchasing a car from HPL motors then DO!! You will not be disappointed. When I purchased my Peugeot 2008 from HPL motors Preston I was extremely anxious from past experience with a COMPLETELY different dealership and I know you shouldn't judge everyone the same but when your buying a car sometimes you tend to feel somewhat nervous etc. Unfortunately I could not get to HPL Preston but Sasha who is absolutely awesome if your lucky enough to deal with Sasha you will understand why I use the word awesome , she sent me lots of videos, photos of the car and arranged delivery for the car to get to my house as I could not get there . I have had plenty of calls with Sasha about simply things day to day life and the car , She has always helped me with things some what are even irrelevant to the car purely because she is a genuine caring lovely person . When I first purchased the vehicle I asked simple questions some would of thought they was stupid but to me they was important and Sasha never belittled me she always helped and got the answer , she will always go out of her to help and make sure you are happy with everything . Again I never actually went to HPL motors Preston to personally thank the team for everything with the simple little questions and for delivering the car to my house and the telephone calls of pure laughter with Sasha but I highly appreciate everything she has done and is still doing I also want to say to the management of HPL motors Preston I am sorry keeping Sasha laughing with me on the phone ,please do not ever allow her to change the person she is you have a great member of the team with her 😊 . Excellent service at HPL. We went to just browse cars and was greeting by Brian Kaldy. Brian explained the layout of the car lot and advised us to look round with no hassle. We did so and picked out 5 cars we liked and he went to get the keys for us to look inside them. This was then narrowed down to 2 cars which he facilitated us having a test drive. Whilst doing this he valued our car for part exchange and offered a very fair price (more than we buy any car). We made the decision to purchase a car with ours as part exchange. There was no hard sell of any cars or finance packages but he did explain all options open to us. I'd made an appointment to collect my car however something came up and I had to change the appointment at short notice and Brian ensured this could be completed. The showroom was sparkling and looked extremely professional but all staff were friendly and welcoming. I've never been to HPL before but Brian made the experience enjoyable (I find buying cars, stressful) and I won't hesitate to go back there when I'm ready for a change.

Expecting our first child and unsure of what car my wife wanted, we went to HPL and was greeted by I think he's called Sean one of the sales executives. Unlike other places where it's normally pushy sales, Sean spent the time to narrow down what car she was willing to drive factoring the size, height, boot space for the pram, driver aids, how many miles she does etc. So after weeks of discussion with the missis that she needs to get another car for our first child, he managed narrowed down the car in less then 30 minutes shown the car and went through all the features. All in all fantastic service from HPL really looking forward to buying our next car from Sean.

Been today to buy a new car and honestly could not have had a better experience. Sean was so patient in sorting out my part exchange and I took my dog with me to make sure she was happy getting in and out and she was treat like absolute royalty. She was greeted by I think everyone in the building and was allowed to get in and out of all of the cars and have a nap on the sofa whilst we sorted the finance out. Went to HPL motors to upgrade and upsize my current car. Knew what I wanted and found the car I wanted on their website. I was greeted by Alan and he was most helpful and knowledgable. He had the car ready (fully charged as it was a hybrid) After the test drive I was convinced this was the car for me. There were some things that needed work but they agreed to fix as part of the sale and even went the extra mile by respraying the defective area fully. Would recommend HPL and Alan. I recently bought a car from HPL Motors, Alex Derbyshire got in contact with me after I showed interest in my dream car! When he rang me about the car and I explained that I was unable to drive to Preston to look at it as I just had surgery on my foot. I can honestly say I've never been to a more relaxed unpressured car sales room ever before, the building itself is beautiful, huge with big comfy seats and sofas and your own private cubicals to discus cars in. The building is all fully air-conditioned and bright and so clean, it has the best coffee machine with really huge mugs too and fresh cold water, the toilets and baby changing area are so lovely and clean. The staff are amazing and I'm not just saying that it's like they actually care about what you are buying and if it's right for you, there is no pressure at all..... This is so refreshing. The moment you go your shown to where the cars are and told to help yourself, if there is anything you like they grab you the keys and if it's raining they even bring the car to a covered area too. If you want to test drive you just ask and your off out, no waiting around for hours like another car dealerships. Once you have chosen the right car your asked if you want coffee and shown to a private cubical with super comfy seats and again they get the ball rolling straight away. We were dealt with by Sean and he was so lovely, he never once pushed us and went through every detail with us showing us step by step as he went. He made sure we were happy with everything and that we knew what we were signing and buying in great detail. We took our dog with us as the car had to be right for her and she was also treat like royalty, everyone came out and fussed her and she loved it. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and the best bit is its straight off the moterway and right next to the slip road to get back on. If your looking for an amazing second hand quality car then make this the first place to visit.

I spoke to Sean after viewing a advert on Autotrader who then sent me a in depth video of the car. By the end of the day I had put a deposit down to reserve the car. After a cousin who lives by went to see the car and gave it the thumbs up I went ahead and sorted my finance. HPL motors were very accommodating with my own finance and didn't put and blocks in the way. With finance sorted I went up over the weekend and collected my car. My advisor was Sasha Gaskova, she was really informative with a great sense of humour, and we found to experience very relaxing considering how much money I was about to spend! So after trawling the Internet for a new car I stumbled across HPL (also heard the radio add ) rang up and spoke to the one and only Chris (there can only be one ) I arranged a viewing of a focus,got there Chris waa busy and got passed over onto brian who did not dissapoint at all he pulled the big guns out for me . After 2 test drives I wasn't feeling the cars then spotted one and he let me give a proper test ride, 30 mins later it was mine and waiting the prep work . Turn around was a week and I was pestering him and Chris more or less every day which was no problem at all for them both . After collection noticed a few marks on the interior which got dealt with very quickly and professionally by the valet manager . I would definitely use these again For my next purchase or anyone else who wants a car in the family

Found the great car (Skoda Superb L&K) with this dealer for a reasonable price. Felt rushed to a decision by seller and fell for it despite car needed some cosmetics doing. Unfortunately seller did not keep agreed date and delayed pick up by few days (must say 2 issues were repaired to my satisfaction 3rd kind of poor). As my car was already sold ended up spending fortune on Ubers and trains during that period. This dealer is very keen on selling a range of covers that are overpriced. Managed to get service, MOT, warranty and breakdown cover directly from Skoda dealership for a fraction of a price offered by HPL. The seller when pushing for a warranty cover suggested it includes torque converter repair. Funny enough DSG gearbox in my car has not got one. Generally not very smooth and kind of stressful experience however what's most important car makes up for it.

Can't say I am overly impressed, I bought the car on Friday was asked to pay outright before leaving, they forgot to take my deposit off the total and now I have to wait up to 10 day's to get it back?? They said the car would be fully valeted, as I'd paid for the "care package" £149.99, it was cleaner than when I viewed it, but no way did I get what I paid for! I picked it up today (Sunday), as they said it had to be collected by next Thursday and I am away, not sure why they couldn't hold onto it, as I'd paid for it?? Maybe they could have cleaned it properly, if if they had let me pick it up in a week, rather than 48 hours after purchase. There was green mildew on the roof, the doors when you open them are dirty around the rim, the engine bay was not touched, the interior was ok but they had not gone in all the nooks and crannies especially around the gearstick. The sales guy obviously knew it wasn't good enough as he said himself he'd just given it a buff before bringing it to us. I have been given refer a friend vouchers but I won't be using them.

Corey and the guys in the service department are amazing. I brought my car in due to having two warning lights with engine management and adblue light. Corey explained that the pressure is low and could of been caused because the cap wasn't on correctly. I took the car home and Corey rang me that evening to see how the car was and I explained everything seems to be working correctly and he explained to call if the lights come back on. Couple of days later the lights came on and I explained to Corey I could bring the car to have another look but unfortunately couldn't leave it until the day after Corey was happy to have a look and mentioned it could be the adblue tank. I dropped the car off on the Wednesday and was meant to pick it up on the Saturday but unfortunately still didn't have the part which was fine. Corey rang me Wednesday just gone explaining my car has had a new tank and is ready to pick up. Even though my car is fixed Corey has rang me today to check how the car is which is amazing. Corey is a credit to the service department and already promised he will call me once he has the air conditioning machine so he can have a look at my air con and read wiper washer. Found almost the perfect Golf GT from Martin at HPL Preston. It didn’t have the reversing camera as advertised, so Martin managed to reduce the price a bit. Martin arranged a full MOT, the car was mint apart from a stone chip on the bonnet. No pressure to purchase any extras. But for the price, it really should have come with a year’s warranty. But only 28 days unless you purchase an extended warranty. Good service from HPL and I’m happy with the car. Hope it last as long as my previous 13 year old Polo.
