If you are looking for a quality car and first class service, then look no further than Ideal Trade Centre. Lee and Ryan were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish, nothing is too much trouble, and they go the extra mile to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. I will definitely be coming back again when I next want another car.

Can't fault the after sales service of these guys. Bought a car in Feb but it developed a technical issue which Lee and Ryan tried to sort without any questions. Diagnostics at main dealer and parts ordered for repair. No fault of the garage but I fell out of love with the car. Several conversations with Ryan and Lee, and they sourced another car for me, this time a brand they normally don't trade in but the guys went out of their way to ensure I was happy. Fantastic customer service and would reccommend this garage to anyone, they will not dissapoint you.

I bought a Jaguar XF from Lee back in 2021(apologies for the tardiness of my review) and traded in my Honda CRV for something a bit more exciting and nicer to drive. Lee gave me a great trade in price. I wanted the alloys on the Jag re-dipped to finish off the car, which was done within the week. The car was as close to showroom condition as a used car can be when I picked her up. I decided to buy an RAC warranty for extra piece of mind which Lee impartially advised on and went away very happy with with the car with the added piece of mind. Fast forward 14 months and besides the usual servicing and mot’ing, I decided to replace both the main battery and original JLR auxiliary battery as the car was 7 years old, got the belt and water pump done as advised, common sense stuff on a used car. I had to get some minor tickling of the front brakes due to a bit of lipping (common on Jags, but not serious). Otherwise the car has been faultless. Great service and a great car. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Thanks to Lee for the help purchasing our BMW X3. Always great with communication and sent us a full personal video as we were travelling a long way. Once we agreed the sale we travelled from Hertfordshire on the train to collect the car. Poor Lee had two other sales to deal with at the same time as he was on his own. Bought a bmw 520d (2014) salesman was very relaxed which made me feel at ease the car is absolutely prestine and runs without issue wasn't rushed to leave so had plenty time to explore my new car traveled all the way from top of Scotland and it was very easy to find. And even though he had another customer come to collect a car still took the time to show me and answer all my questions can't remember the salesman name but thats probably because I was to excited about my new car

If all went well when buying a car, you could argue that you never really had a chance to test the integrity of the dealer you purchased the car from. It's only when something isn't quite right that your relationship with the vendor comes in question. The salesman Lee could not have done more if I was his dad. I've bought BMWs from Lloyds, Porsches from Stratstones and never received service anywhere near this good. All the time Lee gave me the confidence that any problems would be corrected, and they were, therefore it's without any doubts I can unreservedly recommend Ideal Trading to anyone.

Bought 2012 BMW 3 years ago from these guys with 63k miles, I’ve just ran 200,000 miles with no problems except low profile wheels cracking, but thats BMW rubbish wheels. car itself perfect, starts first time no errors or car/engine problems. purrs like a dream. will buy from again, friendly staff too. just double-check they input your monthly recurring frequency in the finance options correctly

I live in West Cumbria so I needed to be confident in buying a car from a distance. The BMW 320d Tourer I bought from Ideal Trade Centre was exactly the way it had been described, in excellent condition with an in-house warranty to go with it, not always a given these days. My first impression was of an immaculate garage, the floor was being cleaned and a guy valeting cars. Lee was also excellent, no haggling over the part ex offer for my car and he reassured me with his passion for sourcing only quality used cars. Three weeks on the car is running as it should with no surprises or niggles. I would recommend this garage.

I couldn't be happier with Ideal Trade centre ! I'm originally from London, and fell in love with a car on their website & was able to put down a deposit which was promised to be given back if I changed my mind by Lee the manager. VERY friendly and welcoming staff, very helpful and honest sales people as all my worries and concerns were answered. Bought a Audi from the garage! Everything done as Agreed when I picked up the car. Was not pressured into anything and felt at ease the whole time. I bought a convertable Infinitit from Lee a few weeks ago, what a delight to deal with a straight forward honest car dealer. I had to travel over 100 miles to visit the garage and the first big tick was to find the car as described, Lee put some trade plates on the car and told us to take it out for a drive, it drove perfectly. We had no sales pressure from Lee, we agreed a deal on the car and returned five days later to pick it up, it had a new 12 month MOT and a new pair of quality tyres on the rear as had been agreed. All the paperwork was ready for us and we were on our way home within 15 minutes of arriving. So far the car has ran perfectly, I have the confidence that if anything happens Lee will be a man of his word and honour his guarantee. I have no hesitation in recomending Ideal Trade Centre.

The purchase of my Ford Mondeo Titanium X was effortless, a couple of small issues being rectified prior to sale without any drama. On collection day the car had been MOT'd and valeted to showroom condition, all the necessary paperwork had been prepared and was waiting to be inspected prior to signing off. . . perfect! So what you waiting for?, type 330 Leyland Road, Penwortham into your sat nav and get down there . . . you won't be disappointed!
