Posting on behalf of My Parents Ann & Frank Gribbin, Just purchased the new Lexus NX450H+ From Lexus Preston, This is my first time buying from Preston, We have used Bolton for the past 7 years, The customer service at Preston is on another level, Andy and the team are so Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful, Nothing is too much trouble, We were well looked after with, coffee, chocolates, also a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne on collection. Bought a 17 plate used BMW from this dealership a few months ago and whilst the customer service seemed as expected up to the point of collection, it went downhill from there. When I test drove the car I was told any marks, scrapes etc would be put right prior to my purchasing the car. Not once was it mentioned that the alloys were an exception to this. After having to wait weeks because Leah was on holiday I finally collected the car however the alloys were still in the state left by the previous owner and when I queried it I was told there’s nothing we can do about that. After driving all the way from Leeds to collect my new car I wasn’t about to start arguing about it so I accepted and took the car away. When I followed up with Leah after I got home I was told it ‘wasn’t part of the deal’! After having to negotiate to get my car put right they offered to pay less than half of the cost to have the alloys refurbished which left me out of pocket. Disgusting that they think it’s acceptable to leave a car in that state when it leaves their showroom whether it’s a used car or not. Avoid. Update…..following my review I was immediately contacted by the general manager, James, to rectify the situation and I could not fault his actions to resolve this issue. It’s clear he has very high standards with respect to customer service and satisfaction and assured me that he will be following up with his sales team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If I had received this level of customer service in the first place I would have scored 5 stars. Thanks James, appreciate you taking the time and effort to ensure you have a happy customer.

AMAZING experience. from day 1 Andrew has been nothing but amazing. explained every process every step of the way. brilliant in the show room! I had my own presentation with my name and private room where I could see my car through the glass. very personal experience that made myself and my mother cry. amazing staff and boss! They offered us food and drinks all day and even offered to go out and get us food if we wanted. professional all the way. you wont get treated better! From day 1 when I had a conversation with Nathan, the service I received from everyone at Lexus Preston has been something to write home about. Courtesy and service received from James on our visit to the dealership for viewing and test drive was great. On day of collection of our new car, we were greeted by James outside who was very polite and welcoming. Arranged a test drive of a Lexus Ct200h via an online chat, late one evening, and was warmly greeted at the agreed time by James. From arriving to find my name in the window of the car I wanted to test drive, to picking it up on the day where it was revealed in a spectacular way!

Been to the car places near the docks. Wanted to buy an electric car due to the many tax benefits at the moment. I had researched Audi and Mercedes rather well. Audi's attitude towards me was atrocious. If I like looked good in a business suite (this is obviously what they expect) maybe I should have worn one but I am neither male nor do I like to disguise just to he treated with dignity. I was there to buy a car after all. After being brushed off for not looking like their usual customers I walked over to Lexus. Andrew came over and was just wonderful. Showed the car, the buying options, the additional benefits that come with purchasing a Lexus car. They only have the one electric model at the moment but given this is Toyota in posh the car must be decent. I went home, did my research, went for a test drive and I will pick up my new car just after Christmas. The experience was so reassuring and positive that I didn't even bother walking over to Mercedes anymore. Unless the car turns out to be a catastrophe I think I will be buying more Lexus vehicles in the future. Highly recommended.

We Went to Lexus vantage on the Preston motor park recently to view a ux250h. Spoke to Andy. He was extremely helpful showing us the cars available. Due to the shortage of new vehicles I viewed a year old car. We were offered an immediate test drive which we took accompanied by Andy. He explained the controls and features of the car. The day after we test drove the car with Andy, we drove the car ourselves. We decided to purchase the car. Andy talked us through options available such as paintwork and upholstery treatment which we took. We were offered a good part exchange price and the handover went smoothly. I attended Lexus Preston after securing a car which i had seen online. On arrival to store we were greeted and pointed over to the handover booth. I had not yet seen this car in person, the reveal screen was uncovered and i was given the opportunity to look around the car in the showroom, the keys were handed to me in a gift box and all paperwork and legalities were competed in order for me to drive away. Nathan has been extremely helpful all through the process of buying my car and afterwards with all the info on the policies I wanted to look at and eventually purchased. At 1 point I phoned to cancel my order as I didn't think the car would fit in my garage. Nathan took the time to bring a car over from Preston to Blackpool and try it in my garage, we both breathed a sigh of relief when it went in the garage. The year has flown by which meant that it was time for my Rx450 to visit the dealership to lighten my wallet and carry out the car's 3rd year service and after last years experience with my another Lexus dealership I was somewhat on my guard... After reading the reviews and a conversation with a chap from the Lexus Owners Club I decided to go to Lexus Preston this year and things really couldn't have gone better (other than the actual journey from Cumbria - flooding and closed bridges adding hours to the travelling time). We were met at the door by Roy who had obviously done his homework and addressed us by name (nice touch) and with Jodie looking after us for the vehicle service the overall process/experience was like night and day compared to the experience we had with the previous dealership. We buy a new car regularly and I dread the experience - I usually find car sales people obnoxious, sexist and focused on their bonus. Just wanted to say how pleased and overwhelmed we were, with the level of customer service we encountered last week when we brought our LC500 in for Service, MOT and Warranty work. We are all to quick to criticize, but don't always praise excellence and 5 stars on the review were definitely not enough The service team need to be commended with the service we got, from Michelle keeping us informed of progress, to the mechanics working on our car. I am OCD about all of our cars, and for example, even when putting the alloys back on, the locking wheel nuts on each wheel were put back in the correct position for me, (I was expecting to have to do this when I got home) Truly attention to detail Well done Lexus Preston can't thank you enough for what you done

Having become a little disenfranchised with the car purchasing process - how lucky I was to come across Lexus in Preston! Although the Lexus car was not on my original top ten parade - I was extremeley impressed with Matt who I had the priviledge of meeting during the course of his first working week at Lexus! UPDATE - 2021 - I visited Lexus Preston on Monday 16 August for a full service and MOT on my IS300H. On my arrival at the dealership, I was met and greeted by Roy who offered me an Espresso while I was checked in and I was promptly handed over to Michelle who ensured the DVLA were contacted so that I could be on my way in a beautiful NX300H courtesy car which was clean, hygienic and well-presented. All through the day, I was kept informed by Michelle as to the progress on my car, as it needed some additional work, and it was ready for collection at the stated time. My car was, once again, presented in showroom condition as the valet team had certainly worked their magic on it. Over the past few days I have noticed how the whole dynamic of the car has changed following its annual service and hybrid health check - the MPG is better and the hybrid system is kicking in sooner and staying engaged for longer. The Preston Lexus dealership are a credit to the Lexus brand and I hope this review finds its way to head office. Even in light of the current Covid situation, the dealership is Covid-secure and I felt very safe and secure during my time at the dealership. 2019 I recently bought a pre-loved Lexus IS300H from Lexus Preston and I am very impressed with both the car and the quality of the service received from the dealer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan Davies during the sale and I have to say that the whole experience was faultless. I was made to feel very welcome at the dealership, something which other local dealers could learn a thing or two about, shown around the exterior and interior of the car and then taken for a test drive. Nathan's knowledge of the vehicle, the Lexus brand and the ethos behind the company was outstanding and he was a true ambassador for the Lexus brand. He even explained, in great detail, the craftsmanship which goes into producing each and every Lexus. On collection day, again, I was made to feel very welcome at the dealership and the car was presented, indoors, in an immaculate and outstanding condition. The car looked brand new as the lights came up in the collection bay! Again, I was offered a full tutorial and refresher on the functionality of the vehicle and Nathan went above and beyond to ensure I was ready for my drive home. All in all, an excellent experience, from arriving at the forecourt to driving away on collection day. Nathan's follow up service too has been excellent, checking in to make sure I am pleased with the car and to reassure me that the Lexus service quality continues well after the collection day. This is my first Lexus, having previously owned BMW and Mercedes marques, and I very much doubt I shall go back to the German manufacturers based on the quality, performance and economy of the Lexus coupled with the outstanding customer service received at the dealership.

Well. As the saying goes we are only looking!! Then we saw the very nice looking grey Lexus is300h. Nathan greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner and talked us through the features of the car. We decided to ask for a test drive and Nathan organised this for us. I find it relaxing to drive seats are the best I have ever sat in so supportive and comfortable after 50 yrs of driving and approaching 90 cars I have found a keeper. Forget BMWs all of them ,forget Mercedes apart from perhaps the S class forget Audi,Range Rover and Jaguar and all the rest .The Lexus overall is better by 5-10 % in all respects also it looks phenomenal and so rare compared to the aforementioned auto clones . Nerd that I am ,I am sat in a luxury villa in Spain with a view of the sea (that we dream of the rest of the year) .AND I AM MISSING MY LEXUS . I am straight back to Lexus Preston when the time comes

Picked up my RX 450h nearly a month ago (02.01.20) from Lexus Preston, now everything is complete and a little time has passed, it's now right to reflect and review the whole experience. Firstly the car itself is an absolute dream, I have even started again (after many years) to go out just for the drive........ how many cars make you feel like that! But this is not a review on the car, there are other forums for that. Back to Lexus Preston, what an experience to buy a car from there........ I have bought many cars over the years, private and company fleet vehicles, never and I mean never has the process of buying a car been so enjoyable. My main point of contact was Leah, the Sales Executive who over saw my purchase and nothing at all was too much trouble. On my initial visit (no appointment) a car was made available to test, all the cars were in spotless condition (why do some garages not clean cars that are for sale?) and ready to be viewed. I had some specifics I wanted on the vehicle - when your spending a lot of money you want it right - yes? Leah found me the perfect car that had all the options I wanted (and more) it was an ex-demo owned by Lexus but at another dealership down south. I know I am buying an expensive car but that aside I can't praise Leah enough in finding me the car I wanted....... she worked above and beyond what I normally expect, all the time checking with me that I was happy in what she was doing and she was looking at the right vehicles, I honestly felt that I was her only customer!! Leah had the car brought up to Preston for me to view. All this professionalism just gave out so much confidence in the vehicle and dealership. I bought the car! The experience did not end there - it was just a part of it. When I went to collect my car....... you dont just go in to sign papers and drive it away, no - once the paperwork is completed I was introduced to the team I would deal with from then on, the aftersales (if anything further is needed) and service team. After those pleasantries - and not one bit of it is rushed, I was taken to a seperate room at the end of the showroom to be presented to my car. The keys came in a Japanese presentation box and the car was unvailed, polished and gleamed under the spotlights (remember I wasn't buying a brand new car). Leah then went through all the "electrics & gizmos", set up the phone & audio system to my requirements making sure I was happy with everything, perfect. We genuinely felt the whole process revolved around us! Finally, during the first couple of weeks of ownership I did have cause to talk to the dealership...... Leah in particular as it paperwork related and even then I got the same reception and courtesy I received when I first went in to buy a car (I can relate stories from past experiences with other garages where you become a nuisance once you've bought the car!), when I had a query it was looked into and resolved straight away. I cannot recommend the Lexus Preston team high enough....... I really wish I could deal with them more! You can tell by this I was blown away by Lexus Preston! My final comment, if you want to buy a Lexus (I don't know why you wouldn't), hand on heart, do not go past Lexus Preston! Happy Motoring.
