I was in need of a new car urgently and Dave L. has helped me sort the car without any issues. He also let me know about the offers they had on. I got in touch with him on Saturday and I was driving away with the car on Wednesday afternoon (it was also a bank holiday). Having bought an almost new Kia Sportage from Perrys of Worksop my new experience with Perrys Kia Preston was a fantastic one I made a phone call and I was taken care of by Julie on service reception she was so kind and pleasant to talk to I said I had a few problems and that I needed a service package which she sorted out right away! As for my few little problems she made sure everthing was sorted out right away all at my convenience absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Julie does a fantastic job of customer service as far as I'm concerned and can't praise her enough. Jessica on reception also was great too when I went to pick my car up it was pouring with rain she actually went out to the car park to get my car and left it right outside reception for me then I didn't get wet how's that for Customer service they both make a great team. Well done Perrys Kia of Preston.

Great place to buy a car. Staff are more than happy to help regardless your intentions to buy then or not. Cars are clean, we'll maintained and a large selection in house. Good toilet facilities and coffee for the asking. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong..and Chelsea and Tony were great..

Purchasing a car over Christmas and in lock down and from a far distance away not an ideal situation, but Perry’s had the car I wanted and were brilliant at reassuring me about the purchase and being able to collect it or have it delivered. We did have a small issue around a recalled part and they were absolutely fantastic about rectifying it from a distance and ensuring it got back to me to enable me to work setting up a Covid Vaccination centre. With out doubt I would purchase for them again and they may become my ‘go to’ car dealership. Thanks Geoff and Chris for the help.

Bought a used Hyundai Ionic Hybrid and the buying process was as smooth as could be. I thought what I'd got for my Kia Ceed was fair and what I had paid for the Ionic was very good. I absolutely love this car, really enjoying driving it.

sales were friendly, but long winded. Car was collected, and all work requested carried out. trim around gear stick needed replacing, and we were told to bring it back under warranty, which I thought a bit odd, when they could have ordered a replacement whilst they had the car. We now are told to present the car to servicing, and then return with the car to have the part fitted. This is for me a total of approximately 60 miles and considerable wasted time. Not very satisfactory. Also the black trim on the car was treated to restore the blackness. This has resulted in the product used being transferred to 5 pairs of trousers from both myself and husband, as a result of loading stuff into the boot area. it took us quite some time to realise where it had come from. The oily marks have not cleaned off and we therefore have several pairs of trousers usable only for gardening.

me and my fiancé went to Perrys Preston due to our other car needing serious mechanical work which wouldn't of made sense to repair. so we popped down to Perrys Preston to see what kind of deal (if any) they could help us with. they exceeded all expectations, from the moment we walked through the door we was greeted with happy faces willing to help us in our time of need. the manager Ronnie was in a class of his own when it came to explaining certain terms, conditions and cars to me & my fiancé, broke down the logistics of it all very well and made everything crystal clear so we wasn't in for a surprise further down the road. Ronnie then passed us on to a car salesman named Dave who was also friendly, polite and exceptional at making us feel like welcome and comfortable in his company while we worked through the paperwork side of the deal, in which he did a fantastic job at. Both guys we dealt with went above and beyond there line of duty to help & guide us in the right direction when choosing the correct car for our forever growing family. I will be going back to Perrys Preston when we are due a new car as this was the best car dealership I had stepped foot in for customer service & support. never once did we feel we was another number for the end of month figures or that they where desperate to get rid of a 'bad car' by passing it on to us. they where amazing throughout and I can't thank them enough for that!

I have a quite strong dislike for the stereotypical 'salesman' but Tony King did the deal for us, and I have to say that his no-nonsense way of dealing with the usual hurdles was quite refreshing. I say hurdles because there were a few, such as my part ex car MOT had expired and we got it MOT'd there and then. Really good overall, like the car, and will go back for servicing etc!
