Couldn't book my MX-5 in over the phone, promised to get someone to call back....they didn't. So, its now booked into another garage for full service and mot. Your loss?

Had a problem with our Mazda CX5. Driving along the motorway tyre pressure warning light came on pulled off motorway into garage service station. Checked pressures all ok. Then noticed the rear nearside brake was hot. Looked up nearest Mazda dealer and went to see them . Met by very pleasant receptionist Francesca told her the problem ok I shall ask someone to come and have a look. Service manager Jack took car to workshop and diagnosed the problem ordered parts and fitted in two days No charge for the original diagnosis . World class service. Just absolutely world class! I purchased my car from Perrys but the sales man that sold me the car was what really impressed me. I couldn't have asked for a better service. He sold me a great car. More specifically the car i wanted! He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible that was within my budget. He's a stand up guy who still rings me from time to time and is still looking out for me weeks after I brought the car. When I went to collect the car, I got a real sense of genuine care and honesty. I purchased the car during lockdown but test drove it while we were still in the tier system. Given that there were restrictions, the sales person still spent a lot time going over the car with me and showing me the features. He's a reflection of the great service and positive reputation Perrys has developed with customers over the years. If you're not gonna buy from Perrys, at least try and have a look to see what they have on offer because the service alone is worth the price of admission. The service they give to you as a customer is second to none. I have nothing but high praise for this brand dealership and for the sales man that I brought the car off. 🤘

My change from Mazda MX5 - the main reason for the change was that a vandal had cut into the soft top. I had a great experience with the Mazda quality from the MX5 only saw the garage for servicing and MOT. Looking forward to the same with Mazda 3

We had a great experience dealing with Perrys Preston when we recently bought a 2016 Mazda 6. Sebastian at Perrys looked after us, found us the car we wanted at the right price and was a lovely guy to deal with. He even checked in with us a couple of times after we bought the car to make sure everything was running well and we were happy with our purchase (a nice touch I thought, great customer service and it made you feel valued as a customer) The car had just had its MOT and service done (by Perrys) and was gleaming when we went to pick it up. It came with a 12 month Mazda warranty and breakdown cover. We've had the car 3 months now and we are over the moon with it. It looks fantastic and drives superb. It should give us plenty of happy motoring. I would definitely recommend Perrys Preston

A great experience buying the car. The salesperson was attentive polite and explained everything clearly, at no point did I ever feel pressured or that I was dealing with a pushy overbearing typical ‘car salesman’. I have nothing but excellent experiences here at Perry's Preston Mazda. I bought a car here & the whole process was so easy from start to finish. No pressure just really good & friendly customer service. The after care of my car too was brilliant. I have a Mazda approved 12 month warranty & also had some follow-ups to see how I was getting on with my car. I did have a minor problem with a common MX5 issue which they fixed quickly & took me out for a drive with the mechanic to make sure it was gone & all was fine. The staff there are all so friendly it's such a pleasure to go compared to another Mazda dealership I used for a few years which was just bad on every level. I'm so happy with this place that even though I live in Liverpool I have chosen to take the service plan out with them!

I'd seen a car I was interested in on Car Gurus and placed a reserve request on it. I was contacted by Gurdit from the sales team and explained that I would be travelling a distance to view. And also that if the car was what I was looking for I'd be interested in taking it the same day. Gurdit arranged for the car to put through MOT and the workshop so it was fully prepared should i wish to go through with the purchase. There was no pressure sale at all on any added extras. All within a hour and half i'd inspected the car completed a test drive, agreed to buy the car, part ex price agreed and completed all paperwork and departed. Nice and simple transaction. Got a great Mazda 6 from Perry's Mazda in Preston...traveled from Scotland to collect. Car is almost perfect... obviously a second hand car so some small scratches, which is understandable. Marked them down because they knew since I traveled down 250 miles I wasn't going to head up the road without a new car so they didn't bother replacing the two 3mm front tyres and I wouldn't be able to collect the car the next day so I was lumped with them....a bit unprofessional for a Mazda approved car.

Once you've bought your car and had the obligatory follow up call, contact with them stops unless you have a problem with your purchase, usually as in my case they are quick to deny any liability and tell you that it's wear and tear and you're liable to foot the bill? Bought an approved used Mazda 6 here three years ago and have used Perry's for servicing and for safety recalls. Nice showroom and the courtesy cars are a bonus. However, they are expensive and have to be chased in the event of an issue.

I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable sales executive. He answered all my questions and privided an opportunity to test drive the new MX5 RF. Plenty of free parking available and there is whellchair access. Tea and coffee was offered free of charge whilst we waited for a short period.

I called in at Perry's impressive Mazda showroom in Preston on a preliminary enquiry regarding a possible purchase of a Mazda 3. Although the salesman was very helpful, friendly and informative . I wanted my new Mazda 3 in my favourite colour of metallic red. However, the salesman almost figuratively speaking, tried to twist my arm into buying a car in the colour I hate. After a test drive we started to discuss figures trade in etc. Although I believe I could have a more beneficial deal for me for example , those little extra's carpets, fuel complementary service and so on non of which where offered. After gathering my thoughts I decided to consider my offered . Meanwhile, the salesman keeps phoning at the most inconvenient times and asks me ,no hassles me if I still want to go ahead with his disappointing deal. What started as a general enquiry has now changed to a form of high pressure salesmanship. If I decide on my new Mazda 3 Blackburn dealers would be my choice from now on. Frank
