We came for a browse and ended up getting our perfect car last month. We were greeted by Sam W, he was super friendly and helpful. This was a totally different experience compared to a few months ago when no one greeted us and staff were just chatting to each other. Glad we got to meet Sam this time. He politely greeted us and provided us info of the cars that were on site. He went through details with us and kept us informed throughout the process. Great customer service. I would really recommend Sam when choosing a car at Preston Audi.

Booked a car in for service, MOT and a fault to be fixed. Audi Preston went above and beyond with their service and customer interaction. From my initial enquiry, the car was booked in the following week. Service carried out, MOT done, fault temporarily fixed until parts arrive and they even fixed the issue with the key not folding properly AND all done within the day. Car was washed and looked great when it was collected, we were also talked through everything that was done and given all paperwork that was relevant. Top class service from top class people, the car won't be going anywhere else from now on.

For weeks I was searching for a the right car at the right price and had some silly prices along with finance prices to match from other dealers, I really wanted an A3 Vorsprung however I couldn't really justify the price offered by other garages so I had actually given up on the idea until I phoned Preston Audi and spoke with Raj Pattani and Gemma Forshaw they managed to find me the perfect car with all the spec I wanted at a price that was justifiable for the jump from a black edition, They made the process quick and simple and listened to my needs to collect the car as soon as possible due to my previous car being wrote off. they called me to say I could collect the car 2 days sooner which made a big difference to me as I have a busy work schedule, The Car was presented in perfect condition as expected from a main dealer and I absolutely love the car, it’s so much better than I expected, Audi you have moved on from your previous cars and continue to innovate. I’ve had all my cars from here since 2006, an A3, A4, A5,A6 and now a Q5 the service I have received has always been excellent - I’d like to call out Jo who has sold me most of my cars and been there to help out on the rare occasion I had a problem too… a real partner
But I have to give a special mention today to Lee the workshop manager!
I’m not at all mechanically minded and when a warning light came up I was close to Preston Audi and decided to pop in and ask if it was ok. Lee came out, explained the fault, told me what I could do to fix it, checked the vin to make sure I was buying the right part and gave me a practical demonstration how to replace it. Problem solved! He explained that if I continued to drive on it the cost of repair would have been significant.
The fault has cleared, the brakes work perfectly and I am one very happy customer.

We purchased a Q5 in March and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Gemma and Ifan were so helpful from beginning to end keeping us up to date with delivery (which was really fast) and their attention to detail and quality was second to none. We purchased a used car and it had small scratches on the interior, which they pointed out, rectified quickly and gave us a courtesy car whilst it was replaced. At no point in buying process did it feel ‘salesy’ or pressurised. Would definitely recommend and buy again from them.

Brilliant place!! Bought two cars from here and my latest one, which is a S3 Saloon is unbelievable. Joanne found us our dream car within hours of us telling her what we want. This lady is a magician!! Not only did we get a great deal but a great service, we will not buy from anywhere else. If they don't have the car you want there, believe me they will find it! Where do I start? I have owned many audis over the years from different dealers. This has to have been truly the most aweful, unprofessional and couldn't care-less-dealership I have ever come across.
After being interested in a 47k used approved vehicle I went in to a centre where no one made eye contact and everyone sat on the desks alone looking busy. A young trainee attended us. After Discussing finance options I considered a pcp deal. At 5pm and while viewing the contract the lights were switched off with us sat there still so I was unable to view the contract. I asked if certain extras were included and was assured they were. I asked to see terms and conditions of the contract and was told by the manager this was not possible unless I reserved the car there and then. Its a good job I didn't as when I checked the contract at home the extras had not been Included and a wishy-washy email response from the trainee said ' yes but no' in the end I decided to purchase the car in cash.
On collection day the vehicle was absolutely filthy dirty tyres and dirt on the paintwork and also a scratch on the rear bumper appeared. This was not there when I viewed and paid for the vehicle and now it had been.. Even though the 149-point check and vehicle inspection report had no mention of this. I was very unhappy and asked to speak to the manager who I was told was in a Meeting and was busy. After saying I would write to HO he suddenly appeared a few minutes later, Jamie (used car manager) he was exremely rude, Standoffish and annoyed (probably due to the fact that an unhappy customer asked to speak to him) and told me he wouldn't repair the scratch, Wouldn't compensate for my wasted day, And said just take a refund Instead! He even suggested that I was lying about when the scratch appeared! Why would I do that after I made 2, 80mile round trips and taken 2 days off self-employed work and gone through all The paperwork over a scratch? And just take a refund? There was no sympathy, no empathy and he continued to speak over me.
So now I have a vehicle that was filthy, polished badly, with a scratch on the bumper while In their care and a rude Manager to deal with. What an aweful customer experience this was! The aftersales experience was a nightmare
To anyone looking to purchase, my advice would be read all the 1 star reviews they are all The same. Rude staff. No customer service skills and extremely bad after sales service.

Having dealt with numerous dealerships in the past, with varied success, I didn't know what to expect from Audi Preston. However, I couldn't speak any higher of the service department. Callum has been professional, approachable and efficient throughout every visit that I have made.
Unfortunately as I'm currently in a dispute over a matter relating to my vehicle. I'll update this review pending the outcome and as a result have changed the star rating to 3 at present.
Update:
I have now revised this to 4 stars, based upon my experience. They lost a star due to failures in communicating and the unfortunate poor quality of workmanship for reassembling my car - rubber seals not put back correctly, parts simply chucked in the boot for me to refit.

I was booked in for a fairly major service and, on booking, had elected to leave the car with the service centre for the day. However, on the day events conspired to make leaving the car very inconvenient. Although having no commitment to do so, the Audi service team found a way to juggle their tasks for the day and completed my service in less than three hours, for which I was extremely grateful. Not only that, I was also offered a tremendous deal covering both the cost of this service and the next one, this was a very unexpected cherry on the cake. Excellent service from Audi! My car went in for MoT and a few other little jobs. My brake pads needed replacing and I was notified via Audi cam, I approved the work and it was all completed. We got a call to collect the car which had been washed and vacuumed. A mention must go to Iona who I dealt with booking my car in and collecting after the work was done. Had my car serviced here today and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. From the booking in procedure to the texts updating me and the politeness and courtesy of Sally on the service desk. This is my first Audi and my first experience of an Audi main dealer service and to be honest was a little apprehensive about what would happen as having had 3 BMW's previously and having them serviced at a very local and very reasonably priced independent garage I have had no problems. Would they find hundreds of pounds of work that needed doing? Would they charge me a fortune for simple work? Would I have to argue over the final bill? My fears were completely unfounded. They told me the price in advance and that was the price I paid on the day. Simple as that. Sally kept me informed of the progress and even though I was late picking the car up was still there to finish off. It was serviced, washed, cleaned inside and waiting for me. I will definately be returning. I know this is how it is supposed to be and what you pay a premium for but it's nice when it all works like it should.

I could not recommend Raj’s service enough!!! He was so professional and made our car search so easy and worked with us and our budget! My wife and I visited Preston Audi just to have a look at the A1 models on show. We had no intention of buying a car but ended up having a test drive in one and followed that up with a purchase. Salesman Jason was very helpful, informative and patient throughout our visit and test drive and we left delighted with our purchase. The collection of the car within lockdown regulations was very efficiently handled. All we need now is a retuen to 'normal' so that we can start to enjoy our new car! I took it to audi preston to diagnose the issues i was having.
In less than 24 hours they had a list of every problem with the vehicle.

Car went in to investigate a noise coming from the back of the engine bay. The advisor Pagie was really welcoming and helpful sorted me out with a hire car and explained everything that would happen and provided me with regular updates.
Couldn’t ask for more really and when it came time to pick my car up I asked if I could speak to the technician that investigated my issues just to address my concerns and steps with the issue. I Spoke with them at length and was happy with the explanation and the technical details.

Car booked in for its annual MOT and service.
I dropped the vehicle off at 8.30am. and within 3 hours I had received a video by email showing the vehicles health check which was followed shortly afterwards by a telephone call from Callum indicating it had passed the MOT and that I would be able to collect the car when the service - brake fluid and Haldex oil change had been completed. That turned out to be earlier than he had originally indicated to me and by 3.30pm I was on my way home all done.
The garage has an excellent covid risk assessment in place and both times I had a temperature check when entering the building - a clear 1 way system is in place as are social distancing rules -
Callum did a good job. He explained things clearly and well - he was polite and is a good ambassador for Preston Audi.

The only negative is the fact they no longer offer a free taxi service to your destination whilst they service your car and charge for using a loan car.

Got my green Audi RS5 from here. Joanna was great generally, helpful with questions and things. No discredit to her as she was fantastic during the purchase and helped with everything I needed.
I was dissapointed with after care from the dealer generally... when I picked my car up, my keys were badly scuffed. I showed them this on day 1 and they told me to bring them back one day. I did. I was told it would cost £350 for a new key... I didn't scuff the key.
I was also never told that my car needed a tracker for it to even be insured! So insurance companies refused my car until I forked another £700 out on a tracker. Audi didn't help.
I wanted some custom plates added to the car. They couldn't do that.
I wanted my car washed when I collected it one day, they couldn't do that.
As a customer who is spending £80,000 on a luxury vehicle, I would expect a little more service than this. Oh well. Lesson learned. I'll buy my custom brand new R8 elsewhere :)

I have had nothing but praise for the team and the level of service I have received during the many years as an Audi customer. indeed my car is currently in for a service as I write this review. Unfortunately I now find that I need to complain, the vehicle purchased Sept 18 was never registered in my in my name due to an administrative error. As a consequence I never received a sorn reminder from DVLA nor did Audi contact me when they received the sorn during Spt 19. Thankfully I have now resolved it but this required an urgent trip to the Post Office and for me to take time out of an already busy schedule to do so. it could be argued that I should have been more vigilant but having rang to complain I have yet to receive the call back that I was promised or an apology. Come on Audi you can do better, you have done better.

Visited Preston Audi after being contacted by Josh at Swansway Garages for Major service and given a quote by himself. Good service from Josh I must say. When arrived at Audi Preston- Service Assistant Callum refused to do all of the work quoted from Josh from Swansway Garages and said that the Quote he had given was wrong( Quote included changing of Airfilter, Pollen Filter and Fuel Filter). Initially agreed to do the Fuel Filter for the quote mentioned then blatantly disagreed basing the reason on my car’s mileage- although I was contacted by Audi themselves that above need changing knowing my cars mileage. Anyways. Had to ring Josh Again at Swansway garages and he stated that the quote was correct and had no idea why Audi Preston is refusing to do the job. Meanwhile callum came and said yes they are willing to do it for the price agreed. I believe Swansway garages owns Audi Preston- clearly no communication between the two. 3 stars given because work was done but after quite alot of convincing which shouldnt have been the case. Not happy with this experience at all

Callum was very helpful throughout, felt a little let down after prearranging a recall with a courtesy car, only to be told when I rang up that no automatic or large car (Leg injury and needed a large boot for a wheelchair) would be available even though it was booked over a month ago. I had to settle for a Hybrid A3 which thankfully they got me an automatic as they said "we got half of it". But had to rearrange my mother's hospital appointment. Apart from that I would say it ran pretty smooth.
