I took my jeep in for a service to Preston Motor Park recently.
This is the first time I have owned a Jeep , so the first Jeep dealer I had been to for routine servicing.
I have to say it was a very pleasant experience.
The staff were very friendly and the service carried out with honesty and efficiency.
I was kept informed throughout by email, messaging and had details sent, including a video, of general condition of the vehicle and what had been carried out.
Overall, I would recommend this dealership and will definitely be using them again.

Took vehicle for service and other work, this being the only place I could find with the equipment to change the cam-belt on a large vehicle.
The service seems okay although part of the work was not done because two screws were rusted and could not be removed. I was advised to have the whole unit replaced in the future.
When I got the vehicle back home I removed the rusted screws without great difficulty. If I can do that then why can’t the professionals?

Highly recommend. We went in browsing after visiting many garages as we weren't sure which car we want. Spotted one as soon as we went in. As last time, I’ll have to reiterate the very same comment. Everything was done timely and the staff accommodated my timing requests, but the car was returned dirty. BMW , which is just down the road, and from which I bought my previous car, ALWAYS gave me my car back fully cleaned, no matter the reason why it went in. Given that Alfa Romeo competes with the likes of BMW, I think it’d be beneficial for the brand’s image to provide the same type of service that the German big trio provides. I appreciate it’s a detail, but as I’m used to that “detail” , when I got my car returned dirty, it felt like a let down. I know it’s not a matter of price either, as BMW’s service costed the same as what I paid for my Alfa, and that included a wash. I can’t fault anything else though, the rest was perfect :)

What can I say, I took my wife’s Fiat 500 for a diagnostic report requested and booked in by Motor Easy Warranty. It transpired that the vehicle needs a replacement gearbox however the warranty company declined to honour the fault because the vehicle was driven into the dealership instead of being towed in! The gearbox in question has an intermittent problem which means sometimes it’s driveable and sometimes it isn’t either way it’s knackered so on a technicality Motor Easy won’t honour the warranty, Fiat are trying their best to source finance out for me so I can pay the bill
They have gone above and beyond in my opinion and I can’t thank them enough

The car was booked in for a service, MoT and a Speedometer repair. The dealer called to say that the Speedo needed replacing so I expected that I wouldn’t get the car back for two to three days. I was really pleased when he said that the car would be completed on the same day. My wife's Mito is 7 years old but only has 2200 miles on it. It was last serviced 12 months ago and has done only 150 miles since. I talked to 4 Alfa Romeo service locations for advice on what would be an appropriate (and not overkill) service this time round. Preston Motor Park were the only ones to provide an intelligent response with a recommended service at a reasonable price, and appeared to be the only ones where the service reception people took the trouble to speak to their mechanics. They (Milli and her supervisor Ashley) were responsive, courteous and knowledgable. The service, along with an MOT, were subsequently scheduled and completed efficiently. First Class Professional Service
If you buy a quality car you expect quality service and that's exactly what I got from Doves/Preston Motor Park Abarth in Preston. From the start to finish it was as seamless an experience as you could wish for. Booking in by phone or website is easy and the staff are keen to accommodate your preferences. I had no problem booking a courtesy car ( which was nearly brand new) for a nominal fee of £8 - a bargain.
The receptionist, Jade, was courteous and cheerful, informed me of the total cost of the service which meant no nasty shocks. The service department kept me up to date with online information including a video of the inspection of the underneath of the car. Fantastic! They will, there and then , point to any defects, or give a clean bill of health. If there is any extra work, you are under no pressure to have the work done, but in view of the fact that you have professional, in this case , Volvo engineers, fitting Genuine Volvo parts, I would go ahead, but it's up to you.
On picking up your car, all relevant work and costs are produced for you with an in-depth report of your service. Your car is also washed and cleaned.
The whole experience was as near perfect as possible.
It's tempting sometimes to try more inexpensive garages that deal with a whole variety of cars, but I like the fact that the engineers at Preston are fully trained in the mechanics of your vehicle and are servicing and repairing the same models day in day out. Going back to my initial point. Why would you invest a great deal of money in a quality car and not have the best people look after it.

I approached buying a car in three stages. First, I listed the features of all similar cars in the market, and drew up a list of what I wanted. I took this list to Doves Dealership in Preston and spent about 2 hours with Mike going through the list and ensuring that the car I was interested in (Volvo V90) had all these features ( and a few more !) and how they worked. Second, I returned to the Dealer and asked for a test drive - on country lanes, on the front of my house and on the motorway. The car was perfect. Third, I returned to the Dealer to agree a price. This was handled very professionally, and I never felt I was being over pressured or misled. I was pleased to agree a price which seemed very fair to me. After this, it was straight forward - a small deposit, a bit of paperwork to sign and a comprehensive hand-over when the car arrived. I can thoroughly recommend Doves.

Update - unbelievable. Got a phone call to remind me my car was due for service and askked when was suitable for me. Explained that i needed some warranty work doing that was a follow up to a visit in September. I was booked in for 27/1/20. When i arrived i was told the price of a service but i could save £100 by taking out a service plan. Told them i would think about it but asked why they didnt mention the warranty issue. Receptionist said the warranty ran out last year! I explained that I have a Volvo Selekt Warranty and the details of the ongoing issue should be on computer. Receptionist quickly explained that they had lost the Volvo franchise and couldn't do warranty work. So i didnt have the service done as it is a condition of the warranty that the car is service by an approved retailer. Wasted journey and almost sold a service pack that invalidates the warranty. This is not service you expect from the dealership that sold you the car less than a year ago!

Hello to anyone who wishes to have a TOP CLASS CAR SERVICE (with a price 47 % (£448.00) less than supplying Main Dealers Quotation)
I explain :- Our Suzuki Vitara DDIS 1.6 Diesel (our 3rd) Bought New late Jan 2016 from BCC Bolton (Now Chapelhouse) who included and completed Suzuki's 3 Yr Service plan, but come the 5 years 'Service Scheduled Cambelt Change Period' for the Engine (a Fiat 1.6 Multi-valve), A price of £947.00 was quoted, "The engine has to come out" ???
My tentative enquiry to Jade @ Preston Motor Park's Fiat's Service reception was very correct in requesting I bring the Suzuki to them for verification of it 'having a Fiat 1.6 Diesel Multi-jet Engine' prior to a price quote. Not unreasonable, indeed most professional. The verification visit was achieved, Jade provided the quotation - the car was delivered for the 08.30 hrs workshop opening, the 'Genuine Fiat Timing Belt Kit' installation
completed and ready for our collection before 15.00 hrs the same day !
Further points of note (1) At the 'Cam Belt' change, I requested the mechanic (as WE used to be called in the past!) check out, and if he considered it prudent, change the water pump - (2) My request the removed belt, pulley's etc. be provided for my inspection. At collection, Jade pointed out "there wasn't any need to change water pump" and the old parts where presented in the car, as requested!
All in all we are very, very impressed with the whole approach to the way service at this Garage was carried out - least of all the saving of well over £400 of our OAP pension !!!!!
With total honesty and belief I recommend anyone to TRUST THIS GARAGE WITH YOUR CAR SERVICING. A BIG THANK YOU to Jade (reception) & George Baker (technician). A Job Well Done..

The girls on the service desk are so friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will certainly buy my next car from here. Volvo V40 was booked in for a service.
A reminder email was sent so a date could be booked and we were able to get our 1st choice of date. On arrival at Preston Motor Park we were greeted by a receptionist who checked whether a courtesy car was still needed and went through insurance details with us. We were shown to the courtesy car and advised that we'd receive a phone call when the car service was completed. The call came through after 2 hours and we returned.
All in all a painless procedure especially with having the service plan. Great customer service.

Our sales person, Sam Knight, was very pleasant. He wasn’t pushy and over selling and understood our needs. We wanted to take the car away straight away and he managed to squeeze in it’s MOT to allow us to do so. Sam Knight -in Sales went the extra mile ,he knew his product and did everything he could to offer us the sale,we were very disappointed with our PX value of our 2015 Fiat 500 as it only covered 15k miles and was in showroom condition and traded it in with a full showroom valet .Our new vehicle didn't have a Full tank of fuel and had to wait for that to be done , Our New Car was also still getting its Valet and Car protection treatment and had to wait for this to be done as a Volvo had been booked isn't of our vehicle, and hey a dirty Finger mark on the cream steering wheel on a brand new Car come on ! probably not Sam's Fault but a reflection on Preston Motor Park Valet service. I took my motorhome to oldham fiat,they had it 24 hrs for fault finding and repair of the DPF, I took it for a 40 mile round trip as advised by the service manager,the fault reacured, was told it couldn't be repaired under warranty.??? As it was the first time buying a car, we initially found the process daunting and anticipated complicated finance scheme jargon. The salesman who dealt with us was aware of this and was very attentive to what we were looking for. The member of staff who ran through and finalised our payment plan was also very helpful by being clear and concise with the information, and did so in a friendly manner.

Rang to book 2 year Fiat motorhome for service. Reception failed to return call. When service done, no issues. They did cursory check which was all marked 'green' except last box marked "General Observations - Comments". Amber box ticked but no comment typed in. I rang to get explanation and told this referred to a fuel treatment for £37.19 which someone had forgotten to write on the report. No-one ever mentioned this to me at any time or I might have had it done. Then they failed to give details on the report or when I collected van.
