M.I Bought my Lexus in September 2022.
Absolutely fantastic Dealership.
From the initial viewing of the car and then the Test Drive which l requested to be an extended one (l have an 80 mile daily commute and l wanted to really get a feel for the car) nothing was a problem.
No pushy salesman or pressure.
Both Chris and Adam were extremely helpful and friendly also the lady on the switchboard too.
The car was extremely well prepared and presented (In better condition than an Approved identical model at the local Lexus Dealership)
The handover process went very smoothly and the After Sales service was excellent too.
Chris assisted me with the transfer of my Cherished number and they even fitted the new plates as part of the service.
I would recommend Roger of Brock.

We dealt with Chris who made the whole process perfect. No pressure selling, test drive no problem, and nothing was too much trouble. Car was ready when promised, and valeted.
Had a problem with the aircon after taking delivery (they had re-gassed, but wasn't working), and no trouble getting it back in to be put right.
All cars on the forecourt look good quality and value, would highly recommend.

He reassured me of the cars condition, helped me to understand emissions etc and included a fresh service, MOT and new tyres the day before I drove it off! I have since called Adam about a hundred times regarding various car quirks and he knows exactly what he's on about and continues to be lovely despite having already made the sale!
