From my initial enquiry via email, I was treated as though I were the only customer that mattered. Within minutes I had a personalised video of the car I was interested in sent to me by Cain Charlton, one of the sales team. Cain wasn’t available when I visited the showroom, but I was looked after by a very knowledgeable (in a good way) and personable member of the sales team called Declan McDonnell, who demonstrated the car, answered any questions I had and allowed me plenty of time to test drive and look the car over.
When it came to the purchase, the process was quick and without any heavy handed sales techniques I have experienced from other well known car dealers (Ford). When I returned a couple of days later for the handover, I was even picked up from Preston Railway Station by Declan which saved me a taxi fare, or a ‘good walk’. Great service and very much appreciated.
Overall an easy, well informed (everything was explained to me) purchase of a vehicle. I highly recommend Simpsons Skoda in Preston.

The admin. and service technicians are also very friendly and helpful and explain clearly and concisely what work is required at a service and also give clear information about what may need to be done at the next service eg. changing the cam belt. They have a very good service scheme in place and collection and delivery of the vehicle when necessary is very good

So when I developed a problem with one of my windows I didnt hold out much hope, but decided to ring Skoda anyway to try my luck. Dropped my car off and within a few hours it was ready to be picked up, problem solved, the failed part replaced under warranty and even cleaned and valeted for me! L.Collected my new car today. Really happy with the service provided. The salesperson was very helpful and provided lots of videos of cars to help me make an informed decision about my purchase. There was a few delays with my factory order due to the pandemic but the dealer was able to locate a car that matched my required specification that was already built or offer me a full deposit refund. They have been transparent throughout. Levi and Peter really went the extra mile to get me in my new car before Christmas. I got a very competitive deal and a fantastic new car. j. c.Just moved to the area and needed to get my car M.O.Ted service was excellent, car failed it’s M.O. T initially but I was talked through my options and my car was fixed there and then and I was able to drive away the same day 😊. All the colleagues were very friendly service and sales included. Was asked numerous times if I would like any refreshments will definitely be back when I need to change my car to see the sales team big thumbs up 😊 and a massive thank you.
S. T.Bought a Karoq on 12th April, initially everything very good. Pre sale service excellent, all done by phone , then click and collect . Very easy, nicely done . As soon as keys handed over, no contact what so ever. Despite being told we would get a courtesy call the following day, nothing. We have a couple of issues to sort out, 3 calls not returned, emails not answered. Very poor after sales service. We’re an hour away, so not so easy to call in. Going to have to take things further if no contact soon.
Would not recommend at all.
Further to my comments above, after being contacted by the manager, all our issues have been very promptly sorted out, to our complete satisfaction. So, despite now being really happy with our car, because it took a poor review on here to get someone’s attention, I can’t give them 5 stars.
It appears, when you speak to the right person , everything can be sorted out. We’re really appreciative of Jeffs intervention , he sorted everything in a couple of phone calls and emails. Brilliant. Thank you.

G.I've just bought a brand new kodiaq from this garage and to be honest everything was spot on, Ross in car sale's was brilliant, not pushy, not rude very laid back rang me back asap when he could and even got a free coffee, we'll done, I've obviously not experienced the service side of thing's yet but we'll see. If people take a little time and read reviews of other garage's you will notice good and bad in all of them.
Picked up my new car today 28/9 all went smoothly no problems what's so ever, another job well done.

I have just purchased a one year old Superb Sportline Plus. As the dealership was closed to the public due to Covid restrictions. I started to contact the dealership online. My only point of contact was through one of there sales executives called Juilana. She was so very helpful, both online and when we stared talking on the phone. Juliana sent me video's of the car and answered all my questions. She facilitated the whole online process and when I was struggling with the electronic paperwork a quick call and it was all sorted. Juliana also got a fantastic trade in price for my car, beating the popular online competition.
On the day of collection we arrived at the dealership after a 170 mile drive to collect the car, Juliana was there to meet us and offer us a much needed coffee break.
After have a good look at the car and completing all the paperwork which takes a little time we went outside with yet more coffee and Juliana explained all the controls to both myself and my wife. On leaving Juliana asked if we could contact her just to let her know we had arrived home safely. I have since being home had a phone call with Juliana to update her as to how pleased I am with the car.
I have brought car from Skoda dealerships before, but by far Simpsons Skoda dealership and Juliana are leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. Thank you Mark

U. S.Clean and smart looking, with professional and friendly staff, everything you would expect from a main dealer. Just remember servicing comes with main dealer prices, so beware of having your MOT done there, as you can't shop around if your car fails its MOT. Painful.

J. S.Bought my car from here last year. I dealt with two sales people (the first left) and who couldn't have been more help.
After I'd bought the car though I stopped getting replies to emails sent to the sales team with questions about my car purchase, namely the £40 fuel I was required to pay for but seemingly didn't get the full amount in my car. £60 Service Station fuel fills my car to the brim, £40 Skoda fuel barely gets you half.
When it came to needing a fix for a broken handle the service team could have replied to my emails quicker (i waited 4 days without a reply) but ultimately I was happy with the work carried out when I eventually got a reply.
In terms are car dealerships it's the best service I've had.
M. B.It did take a while to be acknowledged by staff, I dont think it helps with the mezzanine level where staff have their backs to the show room. However, once staff had seen me the customer service was excellent. I was not pushed to make a decision and alternate options were offered to give a higer spec of vehicle to suit my needs. Test drove Thursday and collected Friday. Very happy with the car and the effort that was made to ensure the car was ready on tight timescales. Thank you James I love my new car!

After care has been exceptional, now just need to consider when to fit some new brake pads after another road user decided that pulling into lane 3 on the motorway without indicating and nearly taking my front bumper off, necessitated an emergency stop. Luckily no one was injured and the ABS is awesome. Very happy!

Simpsons were fantastic and had it fixed within 24 hours. The staff were efficient, friendly and looked after us while we waited.

I. F.I wanted to scrap off my old 03 VW Bora and replace it with a new environmentally friendly diesel SUV. The yeti supplied by Simpsons Skoda was exactly what I wanted and fitted the bill perfectly. It took just 3 weeks to complete the whole process from in stock order to delivery without any problems.
