Firstly I would like say that I’m am soooo happy with my new car !!! Ssang Yong tivoli . What a find !!! And to match it, what great service I had from the team - Daniel and Derek. I brought the car over the phone and trusted that I had the right car for me when speaking through my questions and queries about the car - finance and my concerns about the new car being an automatic ( only being a manual driver since passing my test many many years ago ) would I be able to drive it ok ? I was also offered a delivery service at a small charge as I lived quite a distance from the showroom . All was dealt with a professional and friendly manner and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a different unique car and good customer service. On my latest purchase (Sep 2019) I dealt with Iqram who is incredibly helpful and responsive in dealing with all the information needed and issues one inevitably has when embarking on major expenditure. He is charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic; most importantly, I would buy a car from him again and recommend him to others! I appreciate particularly the exceptional level of service without him being a pushy salesman (which would put me off totally). Brilliant service- the car is lovely, and he was accommodating of my questions, and has followed up the sale by getting in touch to check I am happy with the car, and clarifying and sorting anything I wasn't 100% satisfied with (small things). He also took a lot of time to set the new car up, including helping with insurance, taxing the car, registering it etc and sorting my old car's finance deal by taking the car at a good price as a part exchange and dealing with the paper work around it. We never really considered a SSangyong but paid a visit to the Oxford Road showroom to see if there was anything that might be suitable for our needs and budget. We were assisted by Iqram who was very knowledgable and friendly. He never pressed us to purchase any particular vehicle and we never felt pressurised, some companies really lean on you but not here. We had our little boy with us so it was very difficult to view properly. We went back a couple of days later (without child:) and it was again, a very relaxed enviroment. We took a car out for a test drive and Iqram came with us and answered any questions we had. We still were not sure and he mentioned a car that had not long come in. We took a look and arranged a test drive and decided it was perfect for us. Iqram gave us all the information about the car, all the additional products and packages we could purchase. We took one of the packages but again never felt like we were being forced to take anything. The car was ready on the date of collection and we are very happy with it. Sales boil down to two thinigs, good knowledge of the product you are selling and a healthly balance of assistance but without being pushy and Iqram scores high on both and is a credit to the company. Its very rare to go to a showroom and walk out feeling relaxed and informed, quite often its the opposite but being able to look at vehicles and just take your time to make an informed decision is so valuable. Thank you Iqram, we wish you and SSangyong many more sales and will certainly be recommending anyone who is interested in the brand to come to see you and have a look.

From the very start your salesman Danny was very helpful and as soon as the vehicle was made available he showed me around it and explained the procedure of getting the vehicle adapted to my needs such as the electric hoist for my big electric wheelchair which fits into the SsangYong Turismo 2.2 TD. This vehicle not only fits my wheelchair in the boot space but with this car you do not have to remove any of the rear seating arrangement as I would have to do if I had chosen a ford galaxy or a ford tourneo and fitted a hoist in the boot space as it would have infringed on the space needed for my wheelchair, so all around a great service from Charters of Reading and a great big thank you to Danny on the sales team for Charters Ssangyong

I live 3 hours away from Reading so initially relied on Iqram for a general description of the used Peugeot 308. This was favourable and accurate. The next day I drove 3 hours and wasn't disappointed with the car's condition. There were 5 minor defects which Iqram had corrected. He then photographed the repairs before I made a second journey to collect the car. On inspection all the jobs had been completed plus some other minor items. The handover of the car was very professional and it was a pleasure to deal with Iqram. I had been very happy with the previous 308 but have found the new model a major step forward.
