Excellent service from all of your staff. The reception staff were very attentive, polite, welcoming and accommodating, even checking if I was OK periodically whilst I was waiting and made me a cup of coffee. I had recorded the incorrect date in my diary, so arrived the day before my appointment. When your service staff member heard this and in consideration of the distance that I had travelled, he said he had an empty slot for car servicing, if I was prepared for a short wait. Therefore, I did not have to go home and return the following day and my service was carried out without significant waiting time. Excellent customer service and I felt I was a valued customer. I have had a positive experience from the initial phone call enquiry to picking up the car. Everyone I met was so welcoming and took time make the process of buying a car as simple as possible. I picked up my car today from Hyundai having ordered it in January - scheduled for a May delivery but a month's delay was absolutely fine in the scheme of things. Great service from Aurora in the Sales team, kept me fully informed all the way along and topped off with a great handover today. Drove over four hours to collect my vehicle. One or two minor issues on collection proved to be no problem to be resolved locally.
Good dealer, respectful and above all else honest.
Bit of a distance for me to use again, but I would if they had exactly what I wanted like this time.
I would however recommend the dealership as a whole.

Fantastic service! Brian, the rep I dealt with, was very approachable and on-hand immediately to deal with a small tyre issue I had. The staff were all very kind and they were even able to repair the tyre puncture quickly and satisfactorily in-house. We are leasing a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon and I couldn't recommend it higher!
