Currently very poor. Ordered a car , have just received my deposit back after 2/3 weeks and no trace of my order via the portal. Have tried to contact Pawel And Ibrahim but currently they appear not to be returning my calls. Is there a logical explanation? Let's hope so. Update: I would delete this if possible. Garage returned my calls, currently not sure what has happened and they are investigating but they have assured me my car is still on order.

Popped in for a mooch - wasn't really sure what I wanted, if I wanted or anything but Gary Easton had the patience of a saint and with 6 or 7 different sets of keys, and me sitting in cars that sometimes were just different colours (hence patience), then searching for the combination I was looking for, found my car. I had a Ford Kuga - wasn't my choice of car and whilst it was OK - I never 'bonded'. Always a person who went Vauxhall for mid range cars, I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Ford Focus - with a great offer on my Kuga and competitive lease finance plan - I am pretty sure I walked away with the perfect deal. Gary was never pushy, never span me a line and was helpful and honest throughout the process. Would recommend popping along and having a look at their forecourt, as well as their sparklingly clean show room!

Really good customer service in a spotless comfortable showroom. Great that they dealt with the safety recall on my Ford swiftly within an hour of a waiting appointment. Then surprised and delighted me with a complimentary clean inside and out of the car. Thumbs up.

Fantastic service from James, I was busy working I explained what I wanted and he found me a low mileage and in excellent condition car. He also arranged very low rate finance and they gave me a fair price for my current car as a PX. I picked the car up today and they arranged the car tax and the removal of my private number plate, the car was handed over in excellent condition all polished and clean, I have no hesitation in recommending this Ford garage the best I have dealt with. Found my dream car online, which led me to Hartwell Ford in Reading. I emailed the branch one late evening and by morning, got a call from Kayne, who was great from the start! As I'm an hr and half away, it was all dealt with by calls and emails to which Kayne supported me along the entire process, and was able to answer every question I had (there was a lot). You guessed it, I ended up buying the car, Kayne bent over backwards to ensure it was within my budget and I'm extremely grateful. The car arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier!
