K. B.I have been using John Griffiths in Caversham since 1999. They are a fantastic local garage and always deal with me and my wife politely and efficiently. Fortunately the work is mostly routine servicing and wear and tear items. On the two occasions where something broke, they fixed it promptly and the cost was fair. I am on my fifth Mercedes now and a big part of that decision is having a great independent Mercedes garage that I can trust. 20 years of happy Mercedes ownership underpinned by having John Griffiths to look after my cars over those years.

J. M.It's the small details that count! Was referred here by 2 different people who also owned Mercedes cars and I wasn't disappointed. Not only did they do a good job with servicing my vehicle, but it was the little 'extras' (such the courtesy car, wiping down the interior and even giving the exterior a bit of a polish) that make all the difference. They never boasted about these extras and never used them to entice me in - they were merely a discrete little perk that I guess they must do for all their customers. Price wise, I think they're pretty competitive when you compare to a Merc garage, and they definitely have just as much expertise and kit. Overall was very pleased and would feel confident coming here again. Thanks again to the JG team for a top job.
