My favourite Lexus showroom. Had the pleasure of taking my nx300h there again for annual service and MOT. Tania attended to me at the reception office. Very nice, polite and helpful. I left my car there to pick up later and within 2 hours I received a vehicle health check video in my email and via text messaging. Also got a call to pick the car up. The quality of service at Lexus reading is just as excellent as the quality of cars they sell. Wonderful people!!

I purchased my Rx450h from Lexus Reading in 2016 (it's my 2nd Rx) and they have looked after it ever since. The customer service is second to none: communication is always excellent and they really go the extra mile to ensure that the experience is a positive one throughout. I particularly appreciate the video vehicle health check that's emailed to you when your car is being serviced, so that you can see exactly what is being done. I recently had a service at Lexus Reading and was very impressed customer service from start to finish. I had a courtesy car which was handed over and run through very well by Paul, who managed the whole process very well. Due to traffic I was unable to return the car at COB, but Paul was very understanding and I was allowed to bring back at start of Business next morning. The video health check emailed to me was of brilliant quality and run through of all issues found. This went down to infinite details such as a chip on one of the front parking sensors and positioning of rear dash cam. Paul also went through each of these again with me on handover of car and highlighted in order of importance and at no time did I feel under any pressure to get these booked in for fixing. All issues were also highlighted in report handed to me with a clear Red Amber Green status. Once again fantastic service from all involved. From the time I handed over the keys of my RX400h for the MOT till the time I got the keys back from Lexus Reading yesterday evening nicely washed and vacuumed, it was Tania (after sales consultant) who helped me from start to finish. I was constantly updated on the status of my car, whilst I was waiting, was served with a wonderful coffee with Walkers shortbreads, enjoyed watching Wimbledon sitting in their luxurious lounge. Once my car was ready, I was provided with multiple options of how one of the advisories could be repaired, including sharing all the different payment options in a totally friendly, honest and transparent manner. There were some last minute adhoc requests I had. She made sure that those were properly looked into by their Chief Technician Adam and overall it’s a memorable experience every time I come out of Lexus Reading. Thanks Tania and to Lexus.

This week took my wife's NX in for service at Lexus Reading. Lovely greeting and coffee from Sue on reception, followed by top service from Paul in Service. He organised a very nice loan car , kept us up to date with the progress of the service and proved to be very knowledgable about the range of Lexus cars. A pleasure to deal with as always, 5 Stars. I recently purchased a 2year old RX450H from Lexus Reading and the service I received from the customer consultant Shoaib Anjum was exemplary. My wife also bought her NX through Shoaib last year and again we had terrific service. The Lexus experience really matters in our opinion and it could not have been better served. Shoaib was able to deliver a great deal, in a polite and professional manner. He is extremely knowledgable about the product and ensured it was prepared properly for handover.

Enquired about a BMW 2 Series during lockdown and received a quick response stating they weren't open but would contact me ASAP - and they did. Matthew was with me throughout the process, booking in the test drive around my availability and was only happy to be flexible. Matthew was knowledgeable about the car even though he works for a Lexus dealership and if there was anything he was unsure of he was more than happy to find out that information for me. I never felt pressured to buy the car/any extras and felt comfortable in their showroom (being asked if I want a tea or coffee goes a long way!). Stellar customer service from all staff encountered at Lexus Reading - all very professional. I decided to buy the car after a full service, MOT and alloy was refurbed. Although I was originally told this wouldn't take longer than a week and a half, an unfortunate event happened on the road test prior to its MOT which meant the car had to have some work done. This was no fault of the driver or Lexus Reading, just one of those things! Matthew kept me up to date throughout this process and as a result delivered the car to my front door and filled the tank up with fuel as an apology. Would definitely recommend Lexus Reading; couldn't be happier with the car!

Can't fault the service, and attention to detail first class, only gripe is my car went in for an intermediate service and MOT test, and after spending £500 over the year for the service plan I was charged £34 just to fit new wiper blades!!! Something I would expect to be covered in the service, I would gladly pay for consumables such as brakes,wipers tyres etc, but to pay such a high price for a 5 minute job changing the blades after the service bill was only £220 out of the £500 paid by direct debit. Only just cooled off since the service on 2/12.
