I've used Marshall Volkswagen Van Centre for a few years and always had great customer service,but a special mention should go to Sarah for how she dealt with a recent van issue I had, nothing was too much trouble,going to speak to the mechanic, ordering a part in and giving advice. Thanks to the amazing staff here for their incredible service yesterday. After having a problem appear on my van I called to the nearest possible VW garage, it was clear upon arriving they were very busy but due to my circumstances went above and beyond to make sure I was able to continue my long journey the following day, including the mechanic working over hours to get the long job finished in time. I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk who was very polite, professional and accomdating. I can't say I've ever quite had service like it, very much appreciated!

Really good service, Marvin was super helpful in finding the gaskets I needed but didn't have part numbers for. And Nick was great at hunting down a part that was difficult to find and kept me informed as to the progress of my order also taking the time to chat about my van and give me some of its history.

We brought a T6 Beach from this dealership. The service we received was fantastic from order to collection. David the sales representative was brilliant and very attentive to detail. He listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect van. We also want to mention and thank Ryan the sales manager who we have also found amazingly helpful when the sales representative wasn’t available. We have been very happy with the after-sales care we have received which has been significantly better than other car dealerships that we have purchased from in the past.

I've had several VW Transporters over the last 25 years. Popped into this place for the first time and did not find it very welcoming. Only person who was good was the service manager. I came to buy, they didn't seem to be really bothered. Also, kept on getting my specification wrong. Eventually had to buy from another VW garage. However, they do seem to have a good selection of high spec vans and also camper vans. I popped into this branch as I live only about two miles away.

I didn't realise there was a Volkswagen main van dealer in Reading when I phoned around to book my fleet of vw vans in for servicing. I was very pleased to see Neil Day running the Dealership. My van own was taken into the workshop and I was given a courtesy van so I could continue to a job I had in Reading. I found all the staff to be friendly and happy the mechanic took the time to discuss a issue I had with my tyre pressure monitoring I found them very helpful. My sportline t6 was cleaned and in good order when I picked it up I was also interested to see a nice Amarok on the forecourt I might put a order in for a new one. All in a all a great service once again well done keep up the good work.

Bought my amazing Caravelle through Marshalls. They have looked after me impeccably. There have been a couple of minor adjustments required on the van, including some extra bits to be fitted. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact I’d say it’s a joy to be their customer!
