Called in with an issue with the battery on our TT key. Dash said it needed replacing , couldn't open key to change battery. Abbas came out to deal with the issue, identified the problem and it was sorted in a minute, very helpful;, great service.

So on Wednesday last week had a low coolant warning come up hot home moments later topped it up and thought problem was solved no in the morning found a nice puddle under my car had the RAC tow it in for me and had a call from Reo Streak to say that had it and what was going happen and costs of fault finding. I was surprised as how quick they were getting on to it after being told they couldn’t get to look at it for almost two weeks later from another college of Reo ( admittedly she did tell me she was a trainee and was very new in the service dept) Reo called me again in the Monday to tell me they had it in the workshop problem found and parts ordered and should have my car back by Tuesday possibly Wednesday. Well today had another call from Reo to say my car would be ready for collection Tuesday evening including MOT and break fluid change plus new radiator fitted not including the weekend car was with them 3 days total cost is the only sore point but cars aren’t cheap to run and upkeep anymore

A much better experience, and am optimistic for the future! I’d had a quite poor experience with Reading Audi 2 years ago, and have only just returned the other day. Everything was immeasurably better than my last visit - Waqar was very helpful and polite, the guy who carried out the health check whilst the car was in for the service was very knowledgeable, and they were very accommodating when I got caught in traffic on the way to pick my car up. Really pleased with the level of service this time round :)

Brilliant customer service by the parts team! They were very helpful finding the right part for my Q7 V12 TDI which is extremely difficult as it is a very rare car. Especially Abbas and Sam (Technician) were very patient and thorough making sure that I can have the correct parts.

I can truly say that I have never experienced customer service from a car dealership like our experience at Reading Audi. We didn't feel rushed or pressured- you don't get that typical sales vibe.
Lewis Tang was an absolute pleasure to work with, he took time to get to know us and what our needs were. He kept us up to date throughout the process and was so approachable- no question was too silly.
We also met with Jack Wilson and again he was professional, taking time to speak with us about different options available.

Reading audi have great staff there. Bought a second hand a6 1.8 black edition. Even though we had a few hitches along the way with paper work Luigi and Hayden sorted me out very quick always putting the time aside to talk to me answering any questions and concerns I had but they put all that to rest. Once I went down to pick up the car I wasn't waiting around too long got a coffee from Costa with luigi can't thank him enough for sorting this out quickly enjoying every second in my new car.

I have been using Reading Audi now for the past 2 Audis (2 years :)) and what can I say, the service and experience has been amazing throughout. both times I have been made to feel welcome and not feel like Im wasting their time. Ive dealt with Henry Flynn both times and both appointments so far have had the perfect outcome as I've walked out buying the car that I wanted however long its taken to find the right deal for me. Recently whilst picking up a new RS3 I was greeted by Dan Piper, I mentioned to Dan that my ultimate drivers car would be the new Audi R8 V10 Plus they had sitting in the showroom, To my surprise Dan mentioned that I could borrow it for a couple of days when I wanted.. I thought this was a joke at first but I called them and took him up on his offer and borrowed the £150,000 R8 V10 and took my wife to a SPA for her birthday in style. Customer Service like this is very hard to come by and is rarely experienced when buying cars nowadays.. Good customer experience and care definitely appears to be one of their focuses and the sole reason I will return.. Thanks again Henry and Dan.. ill be back for that R8 in the future..

Car service and customer care of their usual high-standard. I was happy to pick my car up the next day, as then I could cycle to collect it (much better weather, and I could avoid using a taxi😷). I will be glad when this covid is gone, and they will valet the inside (as well as the outside). Regarding Parts Departments, I see they follow industry-standard for Saturday opening: morning-only, and looked down at by some staff. I'll be glad when they've fixed their P.D. door, and I don't have to choose a suit to collect a simple order.🙂

Beautiful premises. Great cars. Service at at £220/hr is very expensive compared to a local Audi specialist at £75/hr where you are not paying for the flash premises. Also recently had a bad experience where Audi failed to diagnose a thermostat issue as the cause of my overheating which the specialist did correctly and fixed the problem!.. Audi recommended a new expansion tank for £203 which would have been a waste of money. Thermostat was obvious as the problem!

A botched software upgrade, spotted whilst driving away after collecting my car at the end of the day, led to 4 days of trying to call the service department. I finally got through, explained the problem and the issues with unanswered calls only to be put on hold for 30 minutes before being offered an unsatisfactory booking. Angry and frustrated, I drove to Reading Audi to complain about the issues they’d caused, the awful phone system and poor service.
Gareth, business manager, offered to help as the service managers were busy. Proud of myself for remaining calm, Gareth listened, apologised and promised to resolve the issue the following day, as it was too late that day. Poppy called me the following morning, we agreed a time for me to take the car in; Poppy met me as I pulled up, a technician (clearly senior) joined us, the car was fixed while I waited and both the technician and Poppy handed the car back to me.
My 4 stars are for Gareth, Poppy and the technician - I had to deduct 1 for the phone system! The software issue was disappointing, but we all make mistakes. The phone system appears to be out-sourced - they really do need to sort it out! The team I finally met with, and who resolved the issue were superb... thank you, you’ve restored my faith in your company.

Slightly disappointed with customer service. Dropped off the car for break fluid change. No courtesy car available. I was offered, and gladly accepted, a free car wash, however when I came to collect the car, the car hadn't been washed. Nobody even mentioned why they couldn't wash it. Is it too much to remember what was agreed with a customer?

The staff were ok. I could see at the end of my visit that they were desperate to go home and wanted me to leave. When I bought my car they damaged the wheel and tried to put me off collection for another few days. Some of the staffs Audi knowledge is lacking for example the android car play system. When I arrived I noticed damage that for some reason couldn't be resolved that day and I was told to do it my self and bill the dealer after which I wasn't happy about. My sales man was called Matt. He was very nice and patient with all of our questions. I would not want to buy from there again and would recommend avoiding this dealership.

Had my car serviced there this week on a 'while you wait basis'. A bit scary in these odd times but the way that Khataina Dragovich managed the booking in, the on site car and billing arrangement was excellent. My latest experience on the 18th of September 2020 was an exemplary organization of the front pads’ replacement on our A6 (purchased from Reading Audi in 2016). Very professional, good for MOT and Audi complementary video service, where they take a video of under you car and show you all the parts and describe what is wrong with them. However the quotes they gave were ridiculously expensive so chose to get the work done elsewhere as a lot of it was just them trying to push expensive things as "essential". They had good COVID measures in place, disinfecting the car before giving it back to you.

I was interested in purchasing a car so went to the new showroom in Worton Drive.
It was a breath of fresh air compared to the old showroom. It is very modern with first rate facilities and a great selection of models to look at.
The staff are welcoming, attentive when you need them, but not in your face.
I shortlisted a car and then after a lot of research I arranged to test drive it. After that I negotiated what I considered to be a good deal and I placed my order. The only negative in the whole process was that the factory order took longer than expected.
I am now delighted with my new car and hope that service side of the dealership matches the experience I had with the sales side.
All told a positive experience and thanks to Lee Walsh who diligently handled my purchase throughout.

I had a problem with my driver side window not rolling down. While the start of my experience was not great (took close to 7 weeks to fix due to Christmas, lack of parts and my appointment preponed without updating me and when i turn up, I am not on the list), the end was really good. My service advisor Thomas Clark was fantastic. He got everything sorted on time, arranged me a courtesy car when the car had to be kept in the garage overnight and kept me updated throughout.

The folks at Reading Audi went beyond what was expected to make sure I wouldn't be stranded considering I had a journey to Leeds planned that weekend. A loan car was arranged for me and my car would be sorted when I got back. This was all arranged at 6pm on a Friday!! This is what customer service is about.

Have always taken my car to Audi Camberley for servicing etc as the car was originally bought there. As I live in Reading I thought I'd try Audi Reading for a service as it's much more convenient.

Reading Audi is a stunningly beautiful dealership with a very large selection of Audi certified used cars and a large showroom with one of most every model on display. Depending on the time of day/year you can usually get a test drive completed on the spot, though because of their size they usually are always busy and you may need to make an appointment. I am quite please with the service I have received thus far, and if I indeed do purchase an Audi I will be coming to this dealership.

I have found my experiences with them to be exceptional, every member of staff is helpful, friendly and informative.
I have been in for recalls, servicing and health checks, everytime I have been told about the work they are doing, the cost of any extra work beforehand and never felt pressured into parting with my hard earned cash if I didn't want too!
Overall Reading Audi are excellent, I like the way they work, I like the dealership and I don't mind crossing the M4 to get there.

Me and my boyfriend had booked a test drive of an A1 and an A3 on Saturday last week after previously coming in and speaking to your colleague Mark to get some information about different Audi's, when I was very early in the process of looking at a new car to replace my Toyota Yaris.
When we booked for the test drives, we were paired with Paul and he was great from the start. We arrived about an hour and half earlier than planned but Paul recommended two differents cars to test drive based on my requirements and price range. After going through two different cars, and Paul showing me how to use an automatic car for the first time, we noticed the Audi Q2 and Paul didn't hesitate to get the keys and go for another test drive in this. We must have been there for almost 3 hours.
Paul was helpful, friendly and an asset to the team. After our interactions and finding a suitable PCP plan, which it was my first time doing, I have collected my Audi Q2 today and I couldn't be happier with it. Collection and part exchange of the old vehicle was very smooth.
What I liked was that I never felt rushed or pressured into anything at any time, and Paul took his time to make sure things were right. He explained the PCP deal and how it worked, what it included and had the patience of a saint with all of my questions I had. He is a great asset to the team and I couldn't have asked for better, consistent, fun service at Audi Reading, especially after some poor service we received at other non-Audi competitors.

Bought a used 3 year old A4 at the reading branch from Mark Deadfield. An absolute breeze to buy and whilst it may have taken a week longer to get (it was driven down from another showroom and then buffed and polished etc) it looks like new. Mark wasn't pushy with the sale, and looked through the full list of cars with me asking what was wanted. Coffee at the showroom is great and the biscuits are good too - always a plus if you're waiting for paperwork to get sorted. Will happily go back to Reading Audi for my next car.

I spent the good part of a year looking at various different makes and models of cars and finally settled on an Audi Q2. When it came to picking up my car they made the experience enjoyable, special and also provided me with a full handover to help me on my way. There is a lot to like about Reading Audi including an excellent environment, very polite, helpful and professional staff.
But I also experienced two negative points:
1. While waiting for my car to be finished one very unhappy customer was telling anyone who would listen that he felt that he had been significantly overcharged and that Reading Audi do not participate in all of the Audi fixed price services.
2. I was disappointed that after driving away I noticed that the dash cam was unplugged from the power outlet. When I was able to stop to fix this I then realised it was also unplugged at the camera end. Fortunately, no incident occurred but had it of done the lack of true evidence could have been critical. Having been involved in an accident in my wife car two years ago (and only just resolved!) where dash cam footage was able to prove that the other party were lying I know how important a working dash cam can be. However, I was even more disappointed when I later read a Google review by Alan Collis, 5 months ago, when he had exactly the same experience at Reading Audi. An investigation was promised but obviously nothing has changed. I would have expected the company’s policy on Dash cams to be made clear and if that was for disconnection during the car’s service then I should have been told that I would need to reconnect the dash cam before I left.

I put a deposit on a car and due to some cross-wires somewhere, the car was sold to someone else without my sales guy knowing (car came from another dealer).
Not an issue, as another car was sourced for me. As luck would have it, same thing happened again. To compensate, they went out of their way to find me a similar car. Instead, i received one a year younger, with less millage and a larger engine.
As an apology for the inconvenience, they knocked the price down to what i would have paid on the older model. To be fair, this was pretty significant discount and i got the car a few £'k below market.
Thanks Connor and the team. You were under no obligation to do this, but you went the extra mile and make a customer for life.

My wife and I first visited Audi in Reading back in January after a previous and shambolic visit to Camberley Audi which is best described as a mixture of very poor sales service and jack the lad sales techniques. Safe to say the customer service and sales expertise at Reading was the polar opposite.
As my Audi Camberley review states, we were there initially to PX and purchase a car for myself.
The current Audi building in Reading is not that flash and being honest parking is a nightmare. But on the flip side, its well worth the perseverance in finding somewhere to park. We were initially met by Robert Cooper, and he was the salesman throughout the sales process. He was the consummate professional, very knowledge in terms of the brand, model specifics etc. Also very witty and easy to deal with. As my other review states we purchased the new A6 as a result.
We started looking for a car for my wife and popped in at the beginning of April. We were shown many different options and narrowed the vehicle to an A1. Again Rob was extremely helpful and patient showing us a variety of cars, options etc.
So last week, beginning of May it was time to visit Robert & the tem at Reading Audi once again, this time for a car for my wife. We went up on the Thursday afternoon and were shown many cars by Rob and a colleague who were again, as helpful as ever. We had a limited window to purchase the car as my wife’s car had sold. They ran us though more options and we settled on a new car that was in the compound which matched the specs and requirements. I have to add that this was after closing time, and team was in no hurry to show us out until we were happy and done.
We picked up the car the following Thursday am, gleaming and polished, and again such wonderful service from Reading Audi. My wife was shown every aspect of the car, its features etc. She was presented with flowers and a flash key ring, all these little touches made it a very special day indeed.
In short, the service here, and from Rob in particular has made it a very pleasant experience and we will certainly be back. I and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favour, until they move to the new building, persevere with the parking and go in and see these guys!

I bought my A3 from Staffordshire Audi in June 2016.
A few weeks ago the Sat Nav stopped working and would not recognise the fact that the car had moved from Shrewsbury to Reading.
I called Audi Stafford and we went through the soft boot but couldn’t get it fixed, it was going to have to be looked at by an engineer.
Explaining that I worked all week in Reading so couldn’t get into them, they told me it could be done on warranty by Audi Reading.
After about ten phone calls attempting to get the car booked in with various excuses there was a huge rise in my blood pressure. I had had enough and asked for the name of the service manager. This seemed to do the trick as I was put on to Neal.
I have to say that from this moment, I could not fault the service. Neal booked the car in for me. Kept me informed on progress, organised taxis to and from Reading and as a gesture of goodwill put some Petrol in the car to road test it properly.
He explained that they were having issues with some new trainees that had not yet managed to understand the service booking system, hence my booking being rejected on about three occasions.
He will hate me for this, but give him a call. He really is very good and I am certain will be able to help.

I originally went in thinking i wanted an A5 however after meeting Phil and browsing the range we decided I'd be best to go with the A3 Saloon S-Line and I'm so happy we went with that!
Phil was great, very upfront about things & didn't push for a sale which made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He took me out on two test-drives, one in the A5 I originally thought I wanted and then a second in the A3. He allowed me time to think over my options and decide on the best one for me, whilst always being in contact via text, phone and email when I needed too ask questions etc.
When I had decided on the car we placed the order for it to be built. Phil kept me up to date with the build via text and phone, all very easy and clear. I collected the car a few days ago and could not be happier. Overall great customer service.

I recently bought an Audi A3 S line from this dealership and experienced an unprecedented level of customer service.
The sales executive that sold me the car, Lee Jones, was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. This was evident when he stayed an hour later than he was supposed to just to help me understand how a finance deal would work and what type of product I could afford.
He even offered to give me a lift home as my family was carless, however with a little one and no car seat I declined.
Ben joined Lee when it came to the final purchase of the car and he too was extremely polite and helpful. I was given a car to tide me over until mine was ready to drive as I would be going without one.
Cannot think of a single complaint with my experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.
There are complaints on here about lack of parking, however that was the old dealership as they've now moved and have a humongous car park.
