Team work is key and this starts with Steve Allen in reception. Steve is experienced and knows the business well, providing the customer with regular progress updates. Behind the scenes is technical problem solver Martin Broadway. Martin has quite rightly earned the highest respect from customers and colleagues. Rygor Reading are delivering standards the Company can be proud of.

Accounts are easy to deal with and reply straight away. The 24 service guys Tom, Dan and team are out of this world and have saved our bacon many times over. This is a group of people that are passionate about getting the customers back on the road and will always go the extra mile. Absolutely top class from the team at Rygor. Alex, Ryan all the mechanics and staff who looked after me and put me back on the road, when my van was dying and i was in deperate need of help to get me back to Manchester. These guys are an absolute credit to Mercedes and to themselves. I can't recommend them high enough. Any time of day they are there to help. Thank you for everything.
