Well what a great experience from start to finish. I bought the caravan sight unseen but the reviews and the correspondence was second to none. Dealt with Dan who was determined to go the extra mile for me as purchasing unseen. Sent a number of pictures and correspondence to keep me up to speed she also recorded everything that was required to use the van he also recommended a company to arrange transportation from reading to Scotland which was perfect. I would have no problem recommending this company James

Highly recommend STJ. This was my first adventure into Motorhomes and I did lots of looking around and researching before finally finding STJ and making a visit. They had a great selection of vehicles of all sizes and types and so it was worth the journey. But this means nothing without knowledge and service, and STJ had all of this. We mostly dealt with John who was very knowledgeable and patient with our long list of questions. When we finally made our choice and paid our deposit John and the team made sure the vehicle was thoroughly checked over inside and out, carried out any repairs/replacements where needed, MOT'd, and cleaned the vehicle so by the time the collection date came around it looked great! They then spent as much time as we needed going through a full handover and explanation of all the connections for gas/water/electricity etc so we had everything we needed to know. During this time we also met Sue and some other members of the team- all equally helpful and friendly. Paperwork done we finally drove away. Amazing customer service. Looking forward to new adventures from here!

Thanks to the team for great customer service. When buying Phillip we weren't pressured at all. Offered expert advice and even a test drive. Unfortunately unknown to them the fridge didn't work but we now have a brand new one that was covered on the warrenty. Hopefully we won't see you again too soon but should we I know that we will be looked after.

We were looking for an awning to be fitted to our Campervan and came across STJ Motorhome. What a lovely helpful business they are and they know there stuff. We had been told it would be difficult to fit but they found the right brackets for our van booked us in quickly and the awning was fitted in a couple of hours. When we arrived to pick it up not only were we given a full demonstration but we were very impressed that our van had been given a wash. We would highly recommend STJ and will definitely go to them when we are ready to change our Campervan. Liz & Mick.

I could not find my logbook for the motorhome that I purchased in January. I spoke to Sue who immediately found my details on file. She then filled the info on line. I received my logbook from DVLA within three days. The help I received was amazing and I cannot recommend STJ highly enough. I’ve waited a few weeks and a few trips until we had tried everything except the toilet in our van. The caravan is in fantastic condition, full service history and a great price (trust me I’m from Yorkshire). The guy helping us with our sale was lovely, very knowledgeable (Sorry forgot his name). He happily handed over a damp meter to check the van over, and had nothing to hide. They went out of their way to clean the caravan cover and replace the reflector on the front of the van. On our first trip out we had forgotten how to use a few things, even though he had gone through a whole induction to the van. A quick phone call and he was more than happy to help us! I’d definitely recommend them and in a few years time if we get another great deal, then we’ll be going back.

Today my dad made the difficult decision to sell his treasured motor home due to illness. Steve came valued it he made the whole experience positive. He talked through dads options without pressuring dad into making a decision straight away. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking of selling their motor home. In fact dad is too unwell to leave the house so Steve came to us.

Strange place to visit. Wasn't left alone even for a moment to look around, at our leisure, kept popping up out of nowhere whilst we were having private conversations about our choices. None of the motorhomes were open to view, due to COVID apparently, but other dealers we visited, were fine. So I don't see why people can't be left alone to view on their own without being hassled. We were told the day before over the phone that "all the motorhomes would be open to look around" and on the day, was completely different. Not a nice vibe, I'm afraid, work on your soft sales skills, set the right expectations and give people a little space.

Thank you so much fantastic service and advice. You were very busy with the up coming show so I dropped my motorhome off to leave it until you could get to it and gave me best to worst case scenarios. A fantastic surprise when when you called the next day to say the guys had had a look and done the repair which was the bottom end of the scenario and it was ready for collection. I popped over to pick it up and the service was outstanding, not only was the work done but it was clean and shiny too! I had been trying to undo two bolts on my tow bar and when I mentioned this they undid them for me and popped the other bracket on! Amazing customer service from start to finish - thank you so much.
