I used the company in Oct to sell my car (in the old branch located in Green Park, Reading). The whole process was very smooth and efficient. The payment came through also very quickly. Really friendly staff and quick process to sell your car. Karen was my main point of contact here and she was professional, friendly and really easy to talk to. My experience in this sector is that people can be intimidating or persistent when buying and selling cars, but Karen made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the whole process. And I got a great valuation for my 6 year old car! Bear in mind car park is very small but has to entrances either side of building so might be easier to park on road by building if you have a big car. Reception area has seats and refreshments whilst you wait for appointment.

If you decided to sell them your car, it simply means that you don't want to waste days/weeks on trying to find a buyer. I did receive 10-15% less compared to what I could have asked for on eBay, but the whole process took just half an hour. My car required a repair (which was accounted for in the online quote) so in my case, finding a buyer would take even more time. The process was really simple and the only thing I had to do was to leave 2 signatures and assist during the inspection. All the remaining paperwork (DVLA etc.) was done by them. So the rule is simple - don't expect any miracles and use it if you want to save time. They will always find some small scratches that will affect the price quoted online - in my case the difference wasn't big though. If you're planning to get as much as possible - then try your luck with eBay. Overall my experience with webuyanycar was very positive.

I just sold my 4-year-old i10 to Marlon at WeBuyAnyCar Reading. Friendly, straightforward, and rewarding 👍 I got quotes about a month ago and thought, "I may as well try them" - & they came back with the highest price! Guess it makes sense when operating costs are so low. Thank you for recognising this was *my car*, asking its name, been clear and friendly even while pointing out damage, and helping me understand the whole process.
