Literally never brought a car from a dealership before, only ever had old rusty bangers from dodgy autotrader deals ect. WLMG Suzuki and their staff made the whole process stress free and easy for me as a first time buyer. Special shout out to Zee. I was literally his first ever customer at the dealership. It was his first day working as a car salesman and I never would have guessed if he hadn't have told me, true professional. Would recommend to anyone, very happy.

WLMG Suzuki Reading is the ONLY go-to Suzuki garage/dealership that I trust with my beloved all new Suzuki Jimny Sierra All Grip SZ5 in the South East and U.K. nationwide. Kevin and the team appreciate the rarity of this car in the U.K., and look after it just as I do. The annual service was fantastic, and they provide a video of the service so you can see all the detail of what’s being checked (and it’s also the best views of under the 4x4 as shown in the pics below)! They really go above & beyond to provide a personal service, and I feel 100% supported by WLMG Suzuki Reading to check up on my vehicle after my Jimny adventures. It’s so reassuring to have their expertise & technical support at hand to run the services or use as a soundboard for fitting add ons & extras. A must visit for any Suzuki owner, or if you’re in the market for a new Suzuki with lots of lovely new & used Suzuki Vitara, Swifts & many more to see in the showroom and forecourt. I’m all in for Suzuki & WLMG’s brilliant sales and after-sales service. Really good Covid precautions too with one way systems, social distancing, excellent car hygiene etc for a safe & comfortable experience. All with very reasonable and competitive prices too.

Luke, Zack, Callum and the team at WLMG Suzuki Reading have been nothing short of amazing from beginning to end. From the initial call while I was stranded in a side road, giving me advice on what to do next, through to explaning the diagnostics clearly with all the options and then finally the totally unexpected but hugely appreciated after service care; not only did they drop me off where I needed to be while the car was in their workshop, they also offered to drive my car back to me (over 30 miles away) so I wouldn't have to come all that way on public transport. Total heroes. Sad we don't live closer the next time somethign happens!

I’m delighted that Reading now has Suzuki! Really excellent customer service experience from Kevin and the team at WLMG Suzuki Reading. It’s so refreshing for the dealership to place as much importance on after-sales care, as well as for car sales, and the team here really hits the mark. Superb job. I’ve had my new Suzuki in for its annual service and they arranged a repair to paintwork damage caused by a third party on the road. The service was great, and they really know and understand the car, including all the right checks (another dealer missed the second oil change during a service, and WLMG really knew the product to not miss anything). The team have also gone above and beyond to help me with additional requirements too. The car always comes out looking brand new on every visit. I’ll definitely keep coming here for my services & any future car needs.
