Excellent service again!! i had an abs warning light on my van, but needed it sorting out quickly as we are booked on a ferry to Jersey with it next week. Angela and Derek were so helpful and managed to get it in and sorted out , i can't recommend them highly enough, as this isn't the first time i've had great customer service from Breeze.

Went in for some parts, ignored for nearly 10 minutes even though there was people at desks looking straight at me so just walked out, returned the next day, same thing again but there was 2 other customers(not really sure they know what they are!) it took another customer in front shouting to actually prompt action from someone. Very poor non customer service, almost treated with contempt, ordered parts mid afternoon on Friday no call to tell me that they had arrived but quick to send out a payment request, obviously, I would rather drive 100 miles away to another dealer than to experience the non service provided by Breeze.

Breeze Van Centre in Totton have been fantastic in looking after us for both service and aftercare as well as helping us get the right van for our business needs. Steve the salesman is friendly and honest and I felt comfortable agreeing a deal with him. They have gone the extra mile for my business and always give me a wave when I drive past. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We arrived at Breeze Van Centre with the idea of exchanging our family 4x4 for a leisure van. We were greeted by a welcoming receptionist and Steve, a very knowledgeable Sales Rep. He listened to our list of requirements and showed us a range of different vans with different configurations that he thought might suit our needs. He ultimately directed us towards the California Beach which we had not heard of before having previously discounted the California model due to not wanting a built in kitchen. Overall, we were hugely impressed by the quality of service and knowledge that we were offered, and it was nice to feel like valued customers!

Had very good service when I bought my t6 van through Breeze with Steve Collins. Communication was very good, informative and friendly, the welsh lady in reception was lovely and piled me with tea and coffee which was most welcome. Fantastic service by Barry Keartland. He helped us find the right vehicle and arranged a convenient time for us to collect it. Nothing was too much trouble. He even gave our son a toy campervan. Fantastic customer service. We will definitely use you breeze again.

We had been looking for a van for sometime and whilst we were out we decided to call in to Breeze, just to look. Steve Collins the salesman was really nice but left us alone to think about what we wanted. We ended up buying a van. Steve was very easy going not pushy at all (very unusual) made us a drink and was talking about all sorts not just the sale. If you are looking for a van I would strongly recommend a visit to Breeze in Totton. They are a great team.

Interesting...a superb service visit at short notice. I wandered round the showroom as one does... especially as I need another van. Spotted a likley candidate for a new van. Despite being in the showroom it was locked. The receptionist pointed me to salesman.... literally 10 yards from the van, who despite me trying all the doors didn't look up. We had a very brief conversation. He said "that van is sold". Then went back to his PC, ok I was in work clothes..... obviously that indicated I was not a potential buyer 😒
