Open and transparent throughout! By far the most enjoyable honest car dealership I have experienced. There were no attempts at concealing the car's condition - the high quality photos and open advertising gave me all of the information I needed. Customer service was unrivalled and I came away feeling well looked after and with a car I knew was worth every penny I had paid!

Being a single, how shall i say, more mature female, I did have concerns in viewing a car from a car sales that operated on an appointment bases only. I thought I would be given the hard sales pressure, so cautiously made an appointment for a car I had seen advertised. I could not have been more wrong! Paul was amazing. Happened to find Car Pod through Auto Trader. Arranged to view the vehicle and Paul was extremely friendly and honest. There was literally no hard sell at all. Gave us various options regarding purchase and gave a fair price for our part exchange, very transparent on how he arrived at the figure. I have to say having bought a few cars over the years this was by far the best experience of all of them. The car we purchased was a Suzuki swift for my son and the deal I struck with Paul was to include him getting it delivered but when we decided we would pick it up he reduced the price accordingly and a bit more to pay for some food for our day out to pick the car up this I feel goes above and beyond any car salesman I have dealt with and Paul the owner was helpful polite and not pushy for the sale at all.I have left it 5 months to leave a review and have to say haven’t a bad word for this guy and his business and when we are in the market for another car the car pod will be the first place I look. Excellent service from start to finish. Paul was extremely helpful and patient, taking time to explain and answer any questions I had. UNLIKE many other car dealers Paul was not in the least bit pushy - he lets the cars sell themselves! As an extra touch he half filled the tank with fuel to avoid me having to stop to refuel on my way home, as I was a little nervous about driving an automatic for the first time! I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Paul just under 2 weeks ago now and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He went above and beyond what I expected for customer care for a young woman, solo buying a car! Paul provided me with a brand new MOT and service, along with some new rear tyres which was not expected at all. We bought a Renault Clio 64 plate in November 2017 to replace my wife's car (only just getting round to do the review) and Paul was extremely professional, polite and patient. The price was extremely good as well. We thought there was a problem with a key fob after we bought the car but Paul helped us resolve things quickly - and it was just a matter of a battery that needed to be replaced (something he had mentioned before we bought the car but we had forgotten about!). I'll be looking for another car soon to replace my own car and I would definitely buy from carpod again. Thank you for such a good experience.

Having dealt with many car dealers over the years Paul at Car Pod was a welcome example of how a good dealer should be although sadly I believe that he is in a small minority. The whole process was seamless from the original test drive, through the part exchange negotiations (which were honest and realistic) and on to the collection of the car. All the paperwork had been taken care of and all the documentation was ready. It was the most enjoyable car purchase that I ever made and hen I need another car Paul will certainly be my first port of call

What a fantastic experience this has been buying a car from Paul at Car-Pod Ltd. I have bought many cars over the years but none have been as pleasant as this. I first made contact late one evening using his website, asking if the car was still available. I received a reply within 15 minutes offering me an appointment at my convenience. I asked for an evening appointment, due to work commitments, and arranged a viewing for the following day. Upon arrival, both Paul and the car were waiting on the forecourt. My first impression was that this was a proudly run business. The car was cleanly presented inside and out and Paul and I chatted for a while before I took my family out for a test drive. Upon my return I asked the usual questions with regards to obtaining a best price for the car. I decided that I would take the evening to discuss the car with my partner. At no time did Paul try to pressure me into making a decision. All he asked was if we’d be so kind to inform him if we decided not to buy the car. The following morning I contacted Paul informing him that I would like to buy the car and paid the deposit via internet banking. The car had already been serviced and a new MOT issued so was informed that I could pick it up later that day if I wanted to. I went the following day with my family and again, upon arrival the car was there waiting with Paul by its side. We seamlessly sorted out the paperwork for the car and once it was done, the family and I were on our way in the new car. I can’t thank Paul enough for the professionalism he showed during our experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future. Prior to finding a car through Car Pod I had experienced the worst customer service from two separate car sales dealers, I literally began losing trust in car salesman like never before! But 3rd time lucky and way beyond any service I've ever received, that's without the fantastic value for a super reliable car that I love! In fact an electrician who fitted a parking sensor said he had never come across a car without ANY faults or possible faults on his system which he uses for the police in crashes so highly sensitive equipment. I can't sing Paul's praises enough, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.. and no he is not paying me to say this! Credit given where credit is due!
