Were are very happy with the perches of our new car and the service we received from the team. They were very good and helpful from the first interest we had at Carsa. The young guy Tom that dealt with us on the day. Was very good professional, polite, anything we asked or needed he went and got or found the information we needed. He was also very helpful keeping our little boy entertained with colouring and chatting to him. Which really helped while we were on the call sorting perches of car. So thank you Tom you were fab👍🏻🙂

We bought our hybrid car through Carsa and have been extremely happy with the whole process. The company due to deliver the car pulled our last minute and they even offered to drive it to us that night. Living three hours away, we refused but we were really impressed with that fact that they were willing to stick someone in a car at rush hour to make sure the delivery wouldn’t be 24 hours late! Thank you Jamie for the constant updates! And thank you Kelly for driving all the way out to us to deliver it.

Very professional team price matched a similar vehicle I have been looking at. I am now getting a slightly younger vehicle with less miles on the clock for the same money. The presentation photos are very well done and comprehensive. Lee even went and inspected the vehicle and confirmed everything was as described before phoning back and completing the deal.

I saw an advert for a vehicle I was interested in on Saturday night. On Sunday I visited the Carsa branch in Lower Swanwick where I was greeted by Tom, who was professional, courteous and well informed. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and I was looked after every step of the way. Tom, Callum and Jamie are a credit to the company and everything I would hope for when purchasing a vehicle. Strong recommend for anyone looking to purchase a car.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years. Genuinely Carsa are without doubt the most professional and helpful dealership I have experienced. From the point of initial contact with Steve arranging the test drive, to turning up for the test drive and being dealt with by Tom and Izzi they could not have been more friendly and helpful. I purchased a 5 series BMW and negotiated with Lee who again was helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. What was very apparent, is that there was no undue sales pressure, which is the normal dealership approach. I will, when it’s time to change again, without doubt use Carsa! First class job guys and thank you all.

I am pleased to say I had a great experience with Carsa! My experience began online when I first sent my enquiry which was handled by Steve who gave me all the initial information I needed and arranged a viewing/test drive. Within the same week, I drove to Southampton to see the car. I was greeted by Joe who showed me the car and got it ready for a test drive. I was happy with the car (obviously 😆), so we took the next steps in dealing with the boring legal and money stuff. Everything ran smoothly with the assistance of Chris and Matt. Overall, I can’t fault any of the staff members. All the members named above were polite, friendly and took their time to answer questions and explain everything I needed to know. The car matched the advertisement so there were no surprises. The only “surprise” I had was that the car comes with two keys which is a bonus - for some reason, I was only expecting one. My trip from London to Southampton was definitely worth my time - the experience was faultless and I would definitely recommend to a friend/relative 😁

I bought from Carsa a month ago and I couldn’t fault them. I got the exact car I set out to buy and it was the cheapest I could find it too! As soon as I enquired the team were on to me and within an hour I had a deposit down and a date to get the car. On the day I was there for about 30 minutes to fill out some documents with Jamie (who was amazing by the way) and off I went. Some people may find it weird that it was over zoom but I didn’t really mind it, felt quite normal - especially in these times! After purchasing the car and driving it for a few days, I had questions about warranty etc and the team were more than happy to help. Quick turnaround, easy process, friendly staff. Definitely will recommend and purchase from Carsa again.

The whole process of buying a car through Carsa was great. I dealt with Izzy, Jamie and Ryan throughout the different stages of the process, who were all extremely helpful and you could tell the car had been cleaned thoroughly before the test drive. It was a very busy day for them when we were there but the staff were all very polite and informative and made the process as quick and seamless as possible.

Buying a new car wasn't something we wanted to do, but having trawled the internet we came across Carsa with what appeared could be the car we were looking for... Although fairly late in the evening, we received a response back within a few minutes that someone would call us back in the morning. In the morning we spoke to Tom (in their Southampton branch) who booked us a test drive a couple of days later (and we paid a refundable reservation charge, so as not to get pipped at the post...) On arrival, we were greeted instantly (considering it was a busy Saturday lunchtime, no mean feat) and shown to the car where it was internally "fumigated" for a couple of minutes (part of their anti-Covid measures). However, it was the condition of the car that was remarkable - For a 4 year old car and 30k miles I couldn't see a single mark on the exterior of the car, the inside of the car was spotless and the engine bay looked as though it had just rolled off the production line. After an unattended test drive, we decided to buy the car. There was a short 5 min wait, but the coffee was very welcome and we were then led into the office to have a zoom call to go through any other queries, the logistics and payment etc. The operative (Lee) was again very friendly and efficient and we were able to pretty much rattle through the admin, even being able to get a confirmed delivery date sorted during the call. Considering that we initially really didn't want to have buy a car at all, I have to say the whole experience of all the staff we met was extremely pleasurable, which made parting with the money feel not so bad after all! We obviously hope we don't need to buy another new car for a good many years(!), but as/when we do, we'll certainly be visiting Carsa again and we heartily recommend them to anyone who's in the market to buy a quality, competitively priced car in extremely good condition. The only thing that we can think of that would have been better (although we then wouldn't have met the friendly staff at Southampton) is if Carsa had a branch closer to Bath! However, given the excellent customer-focused service of all staff, I'm sure that will come...

I attended Carsa's Southampton branch to view a vehicle advertised on Autotrader. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and professionalism by friendly well presented staff. The site was clean and tidy with vehicles well presented. The vehicle I came to see was recently valeted and I was encouraged to take a test drive. Result. I arranged to purchase the vehicle, was given a very good trade in price by Lee Gibbs a property trained efficient and very friendly 'adminstrator. The next day I was contacted by Matt Cleaver to arrange a suitable day for me to collect the vehicle. All in all top level service at all levels with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Faultless experience. Purchased a car with a main dealer history at a better price than any local garages. Car was exactly as described, almost perfect at 3 years old! Delivery was brilliant and by a friendly local Welshman. Izzy in the sales team was also friendly and knowledgable about the car I wanted.
