I bought a vauxhaull mokka 1.4 se turbo 2015 of luke at Castle cars 5 months ago. Beautiful car in and out. Outstanding communication very polite and welcoming. 5 months down the line my car broke down yesterday due to water pump failed. I phoned them up he sorted everything out for me with the warranty booked it in to a garage collected the car from my location off his own back,and has helped me out through everytlstep of the way and kept me updated. The performance of these guys is amazing and this really is a brilliant garage to buy cars from and to deal with. They have made this a lot stress free and a lot easier for me as they have sorted a lot of it out for me. So if anyone want to but a car from them don't look no further than castle cars. I'm very pleased and happy with them. And will do business again in the future. Thanks again for all help and support castle cars 5 ***** from me 😃👍🏻

Great choice of vehicles for all budgets and circumstances. Top quality customer service. I bought a new car with finance inside an hour after choosing what was right for me. Then picked up the next day after a service and check up. Totally happy with the whole process. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Luke and Glenn when I purchased a Audi A4 aka the beast (Thanks Luke and Glenn this has now stuck!) via a Car finance company. both were really helpful and efficient. The car was valeted, fully serviced, taxed, even though the MOT had only been done in March, it had a new MOT, half a tank of Diesel and a few months warranty. Glenn had to take a photo of me with the car for the finance company - which he was very professional with the camera phone!! ( I'm still holding them to any copyright of my face! :).. I bought a car from Luke & Steve last year (Hyundai ix35). Not pushy at all and I was allowed to browse the car I liked in my own time and went for a quick drive too. I have decided to place a small deposit to reserve the car after we agreed the final price. The car was very clean and I had no major issues since then and came with 1 year MOT. I have noticed after a while that selecting 6th gear it grinds. Unfortunately I found that after the warranty has expired so no actions taken.

Purchased a used car from Castle today and was very impressed with the whole transaction - from visiting the forecourt on Saturday to taking delivery on Tuesday. I was assisted by Luke, who was helpful and all that you would want from a car salesman. The forecourt was immaculate and every car was presented in a helpful way and easily accessible - not a load of dirty cars littered all over the place like many forecourts I visited. Hopefully I won't need another car for a while but I'd definitely come back when the time comes.

I travelled 20 miles yesterday to view a ford Mondeo. I wanted to buy more locally but just couldn't find the right car. My mum brought a car from here in august and unfortunately last week the battery died whilst mum was in Winchester so she called Luke as the car is still under warranty and he went straight out to her to jump start her and then took her back to the garage and replaced the battery for her. Came down to look at the cars here, and was so happy with the service I received. I was able to look around the cars without being jumped on or feeling pressured into buying a car. I couldn’t decide between two of the cars they had. I went and spoke with Luke the owner and he was more then happy to run through both cars with me. One of the cars was right at the back and Luke moved all the cars around so I was able to test drive both of them. Once I got back I went to the office where I was able to sit down and go through everything with him. I purchased my choice of car on the same day, and was able to pick up the end of the week. I saw a Vauxhall Meriva advertised at a competitive price and asked Castle if my son could test drive before I travelled. My son was welcomed, given a proper test drive and inspection after which I travelled to buy the car. When I arrived I was welcomed and offered a test drive myself, shown the car and not pressured at all to make a decision. As the car was exactly as described in their advertising I was more than happy to buy, again I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the car was handed over the next day looking like new.
