We booked an appointment with Graham today to view a motorhome. Firstly whilst taking my appointment booking, Graham was very friendly and happy to accommodate us. I called at 9am and had an appointment the same morning. When we arrived the motorhome had already been unlocked for us. Even though on this occasion the motorhome layout was not suitable for us, we will be back. Graham showed a real interest in us and our needs. A genuine guy, who cared. Highly recommend.

I visited here today, Dolphin Motorhomes was easy to find, and the premises looked clean. The vans were unlocked so I was able to go and have a look round at my leisure, which was nice. There were staff around cleaning and working in vehicles, but i never saw a salesman nor got to speak with any staff there.... I visited here again today with my husband, we did phone beforehand, they seemed very helpful and friendly. We had another look at the camper vans, and would really like to chat about one of them but, unfortunately for us, both sales staff were very busy with customers already. I have emailed them, in the meantime, not not to date had a reply.. but I now have made a purchase elsewhere, so no reply needed.

Lets start with the good stuff, we went along to dolphin motorhomes in the mist of this pandemic and found it to be very well organised to keep visitors and staff safe. We viewed a couple of motorhomes then decided on the one that suited our needs and the sales lady was very knowledgable and helped us out as we were new to the motorhome scene. On deciding which motorhome we wanted to buy we then proceeded to go through the finance options and agreed to go ahead and apply, only to find we were declined!! A bit shocked as we have never been declined before, it was mentioned by the saleslady that maybe she had made a MISTAKE on our application and would call the finance company the following day. So we had a night of worry thinking that our dream of owning a motorhome was not to be. The following day after not hearing anything i called around lunchtime to be told she had made a mistake and the finance had been agreed and we could collect our van in 3 weeks. Woo Hoo!! 3 days later we received an email with a collection date letter stating it would be 7 weeks before we could collect our motorhome, so i called and was told sorry they had made a MISTAKE and we can collect in 3 weeks. So the day arrived when i went to collect the motorhome and the handover was very good, they did there best to explain as much as possible while social distancing was observed. I was told the log book would be sent to us by DVLA, after a week i got a knock on my door from a bloke who lives 10 doors down from me saying he had received our log book as it was sent to his address as the lady in the showroom had completed the form in and put the wrong address down, MISTAKE number 3 Now all these silly mistakes were avoidable and made the whole experience a pretty bad one, which is sad as it has always been a dream of ours to own a motorhome and we would have expected better from a company like dolphin. I would like to finish with that we love our new motorhome and it has been perfect with no faults at all.

We wanted a used Autosleeper Symbol. They offered us a Choice of three, all reasonably priced in superb condition. They even drove one of them up from their other branch so that we could. Excellent handover. They went to considerable effort to ensure that we were happy and spent a full hour showing us where everything was and how it worked. We have had our Symbol for a month now and we are over the moon with it. Top class service. Thank you Dolphin

What can I say We bought a new to us motorhome from dolphin just before Christmas picked it up just after. Having dealt with other dealerships in the past this is the first time I have given 5 stars. The reason 1. The motorhome is fab just perfect for us 2. No pressure from sales staff 3. Never too busy to answer questions even after we had paid for and were using our motorhome 4. They always remembered us and recognised us even when they saw us at the NEC 5 our sales person was Ryan and I have never personally come across better to date 6. The rest of the sales team were just as helpful 7. They did all the repairs and updates we asked for plus others we had not noticed for free 8. They have invited us away for free weekends looking forward to it as I’m going to bake some goodies for them 9. The most honest dealership I have come across to date 10.My motorhome was actually cheaper than private sales of the same with higher mileage and not warranty and older !!!! Oops may of put this on the sister site I went to both but brought from the one near Christchurch However both were good

Went to discuss buying a new motorhome. Staff welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no pressured sales pitch, we were allowed to look around at our leisure and all questions were answered honestly. They even remembered us from seven years ago when we bought our forst motorhome- impressive!

We have had nothing but excellent service from the Team at Dolphin. One week after receiving the motorhome a key broke off in a lock. Dolphin offered to replace and fit the replacement lock foc. They also managed to retrieve the end of the hose pipe which was blown into the inlet pipe due to excessive water pressure. On arrival we were very warmly greeted and given coffee whilst we waited. I cannot recommend them highly enough, a company that truly knows what great customer service means.
