Not been to this garage since it was Hartwell back in the early 90's. Absolutely first class from start to finish. They did in under an hour what Rivus couldn't do in 25 days! Really nice and helpful people.

Bought my car here in 2014 and have had my services and MOTs done here since. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Even pre-covid, getting booked in on a day that suited me has always been easy. Any issues I've raised have always been resolved. One thing I wish they did do was a price match on repairs with genuine parts, then I would happily have any work carried out there. But overall, I would recommend.

Hi there just to say had my Ford c max 1.6 tdci was in Doves of Southampton on Monday 3rd August 2020 for its annual service and MOT, this is the second year I have taken to Doves have to say customer service is excellent. No scary moments left the car at 9.30 am collected just after 5pm carried out a brake fluid change as required every 2 years, was told it may need doing not a problem also sent me a video of customer care carried out. This showed the technician checking the tire wear brake wear also the condition of the exhaust all was fine, have to say this put my mind at ease this is the second car I have purchased from Doves I am very pleased with them.

Always friendly and courteous with an easy booking procedure. Work is always done to a high standard and the car returned clean and tidy. Of course you pay more for main dealer services but I personally don't mind as you know the work will be done well. Why 4 stars and not 5 stars? When I bought the car I got the impression the salesman was more interested in add ons to gain commission instead of my individual wants and needs. I know there is not much profit in new cars but that isn't my fault. It would be good to have an estimetaed cost at the time of booking a service rather than drop the car off followed by a phone call with all the extras needed. Many of the extras are standard procedures so could easily be estimated at each service at time of booking.

The car Keith Gordon of Doves sourced from Network Q is gorgeous and only had 2100 miles on the clock. My Wife felt like her opinion mattered (she said some dealers ignored this completely) and having been listened to we got exactly what we wanted. This was a modern dealership with a very relaxed atmosphere. I`ve owned and driven some nice cars over the years but this beats most. I was looking at Honda/Mercedes until I took a test drive here. The Vauxhall Astra 136 Elite diesel is just as comfortable and better kitted with technology than many more expensive cars. It is pleasantly fast and a very quiet cruiser. 3 weeks in and it has been an absolute pleasure to drive.
