The gentleman that assisted me with the purchase was patient, very knowledgeable about the car and it’s history and had all relevant paperwork there to hand. Purchased a lovely insignia from them. Car was presented immaculately and on time. The car had a problem with the brakes so the car went back and they resolved the problem straight away and covered all cost. Can’t fault the service.

We were asked to pay a £100 refundable deposit to view and drive the car (at first I thought this was a little odd) but now I understand why. Purchased my CMax in April and I'm very happy with it. It had a service at a local Ford dealership this month and they found a leaking steering rack which needed to be changed. Not covered by the warranty though as it wasn't a breakdown. Faced with a hefty bill I contacted Azzy and he said that if I can get the car back to them they would get it done for me. True to his word he did, no fuss or bother and in the timescale agreed. No charge either so if I need another car anytime soon I know where I will look first. If your looking for a used dealer that takes a pride in what they do you are most certainly in the right place. All cars on display when we purchased are car (Astra) was prepared to a very high standard. All three members of staff were helpful and offered a no pressure sales approach. Keep up the great work!
