My partner and I came to Ford Southampton to look for our first finance car. We got greeted by a young guy called Jack, who from the off start was amazing. He wasn’t pushy but gave a great service and helped us out so much. Offering us extra deals to fit us! We test drove a fiesta which met our criteria apart from the colour, but there was a white one at another dealership which he went and collected himself for us to view. We didn’t end up actually choosing the car as one other did beat it, however we would be defiantly coming back again when we need our next larger car and without a doubt will be going to him only! Again cannot thank Jack enough for his help, couldn’t ask for a better service and friendliness.

A huge thank you to Graham at Hendy Ford Southampton for going above and beyond when presented with a Focus (not bought from Hendy unfortunately) that had developed significant faults the day after I purchased it. Hendy Ford Southampton were my nearest dealership when the faults developed and despite the service department being about to close, Graham kindly took the time to check the faults and offer advice. The service and support offered after this were exceptional and I am very grateful for having detoured here and been so well looked after when faced with a car that was found to not be roadworthy. I have not yet purchased a vehicle from this dealership but can confirm the cars on the forecourt looked in top notch condition!

It was my first time using a Hendy Ford dealership whilst searching for a finance car for myself and my partner to drive. We decided to go to Hendy Ford in Southampton and we were greeted by Jack. Jack helped us out by finding a great deal for us on a Fiesta and was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. We didn’t feel pressured and made the process as easy as possible for us. The car was at another garage so he sourced this to Southampton for us so we could see it in person and test drive it. He was very accommodating and made sure to find something within our budget with the best deal he could offer. Unfortunately we went for a different car in the end but cannot fault his amazing customer service and how helpful Jack was. In future will definitely come back to him when needing an upgrade!

I am thrilled with the Simon Pratt does service Check. He even sent me a recording video of my vehicle with an update on the work carried out. So far I am happy with the decision I made to buy the vehicle with Daniel Anghelescu who were brilliant from day one till the end of the purchase. Always efficient with answered email and update about the process. He even stayed overtime to answer emails and make sure that I could get the vehicle on the day I needed it. on the day I went to pick up the vehicle, he parked the vehicle in the driveway to make it accessible for me. I wasn't expect that and you can see how outstanding he were all The way throughout. Before I went to ford, I went somewhere else, and I couldn't buy the vehicle as any of the sellers showed me what Daniel showed me. Transparency, knowledge, professionalism, ... I booked an appointment at Hendy Ford Southampton today to look at purchasing a fiesta st line. I was greeted by a very helpful guy called Harry. I told him I had an appointment with Jack. Harry then introduced me to Jack, we sat down and spoke about what it is I need in a car. Jack was very helpful in explaining every aspect of buying a fiesta. Going through all the extras and options that are available to me with every model of fiesta. Harry sat with Jack and I as he was on his first week at the dealership so was learning along the way. Both Jack and Harry made no pushy remarks of what I should get and took into count my budget. Which always worries me going into a dealership as I don't know an awful lot about cars. I am beyond excited to say that I have ordered a new fiesta st line. I can't thank Jack and Harry enough for all their help and guidance today. A star service and I look forward to collecting my brand new car.

Cannot fault the experience from start to finish, when visiting to test drive the car Ben was very helpful, arranged out test drive, no rush we all the time to review the car, went onto to buy the car, got a satisfactory trade in deal and the car was picked up within four days, collecting the car and completing the paperwork was faultless, Ben has a lovely manner and appropriate sense of humour which relaxes you, the explanation of the add ons was good, concise I choose the Gap insurance. My mothers car needed car a MOT, sadly she was not well and unable to take her car in. Graham the service manager was very accommodating to allow myself to deliver Mums car first thing I the morning and wait while the MOT was carried out.This was all completed, including the minor remedial work, within an hour and half. This meant I was able to return Mum's car to her and still make my business appointment later that morning. Mum and myself thank you Graham and his team for your consideration, prompt and speedy service.

I walked into Hendy just to have a nose round before going to the cinema I wanted a larger car - fitting 2 teenagers into a Corsa with luggage was a challenge at the best of times - I bumped into Joe and reeled off a list of everything I wanted - he showed me a couple of cars but said a focus S Line came into our showroom yesterday and it's the car for you...and he wasn't wrong. The next day I called up and put a deposit on the car I dealt with Jack who was absolutely fantastic answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. We had previously purchased from Hendy Ford, so when we decided to buy a newer car, we went to the Southampton branch, where we were dealt with by Neil Gedge. Neil has been superb from start to finish, and I can thoroughly recommend him. My husband had a stroke some time ago and sometimes has difficulty in communicating but Neil made him feel very at ease and always allowed him plenty of time to get his words out, which made the whole process go really smoothly for us. Neil took time to explain everything to us and completed all the necessary paperwork and took us through all the legalities (boring, but have to be done!). How about this, dropped vehicle off at 7.50am for service and MOT. Eeplained that I’d be in west quay having a coffee. Phoned 3 times to get an update but no reply, left massage and nobody returned my call. Called again at 1.30pm and was informed that my car had not even been moved from where I left it st 7,50am. Not a good start. On return to the garage it appears that I misunderstood the timescale for my service. The sales team have now rectified the problem and all is good. Many thanks for sorting my van.

However their service department has let me down in one way or another every time I have needed to have my car looked at outside of normal service requirements. Their staff are generally friendly and helpful but they lack a level of communication and cohesion between departments that should be addressed.

popped in to order a part for my mondeo. Parts dept was busy but another gentleman explained and showed me the waiting area. As so as free the parts guy came over, took my order and put it on order for me. Next day he called to say it had arrive, faster than i expected, so very pleased as was urgent. Absolutely made up with the help & service I have received from hendy especially graham biggerstaff, my car was taken to hendy by the very incompatant accident repair garage called appollo who created more problems to my car than it had too start ( parking sensors). The main reason my car was taken to hendy was for the back passanger door that wouldn't open due to the accident it had been in . Again from the start graham had kept in touch and informed me of everything tat needed to be done and had been done to my car nothing was a problem for him or the other guys at hendy . Just received a call that I have been waiting for for 5 weeks letting me know the work had been carried out my car is now back to full working order . This is all down to hendy & the top man graham , so thank you all for the very professional service & communication you have given me . Having MOT and an issue fixed so I gave them the whole day to take a look. They didn't start until late in the day and won't get works complete by end of day now. Walked there in the rain to find out what was going on because they wouldn't answer their phones. Now I'm walking back home in the rain. They offered me a lift but I didn't want it. AFTER MOT UP-DATE - The guys apologised profusely and gave my mum (it was her car being mot & serviced) a discount. Although she'd been inconvenienced for three days she was still happy with the outcome & cost.
