The owner Joe has been absolutely brilliant. He will give you absolute transparency and an honest service that comes with care and concern. I bought a van from him just before Xmas and not had the time until now to leave a review. He could see my need and showed true willing to help. As with expectations from a motor trader I got a warranty and genuinely feel bad that I have had to use it for an ABS light. Not at all his fault but is dealing with it with urgency and only a minor electrical connection issue. All Joe's vehicles come with a full RAC inspection and background checks done by Joe and his lovely wife. No hesitation what so ever when the need arrives to buy another vehicle. I will return. Having been recommended by 2 different sources having lived in Hedge End for 9 years, I went to see Joe regarding a specific vehicle that could suit my needs as a Blood & Tissue courier for the NHS. He took the time to look at the specifics of what I would need from the van on a daily basis including space, visibility, and ground clearance as hospitals can be very tricky to manoeuvre in at times!! Quite clearly, he had a solid understanding of this type of industry - and has built a solid, reliable, honest business from it. Unfortunately, I was unable to commit due to work commitments - but there was no pressure to buy and Joe was very clear about not being able to hold anything without a deposit - which I 100% understand ( obvious really ). He also welcomed me back any time, (even out of hours) because of the job i do if i wanted to follow up on anything. It's not often that you can go blind into a car/van sales on a recommendation and get treated like a valued customer of 10 years. Keep up the good work, and I'll see you soon!

What a great experience I had purchasing a van from these guys, its was a trade in vehicle which as soon as it was listed ,there was huge interest in it. As I was 1st to enquire, joe called me back, paid the deposit without seeing the van,, paid balance, and had a haulage company pick it up and bring it to the isle of wight,, superb service all round,, very pleased with the van four weeks on 5stars all round for these guys

After weeks searching for a van which was clean and tidy i was recomended to Horton Heath Vans and have to say how impressed i was, there was no typical sales pressure and the staff coundn't of been more helpful. Nice selection of vans and came away with a better one than i was looking for. There was one small scatch that i asked if they could possibly touch in if they had any touch up. I was pleasantly surprised to find out when i picked it up they had it painted to a very high standard and the scratch was compleatly gone..highly recomended. Many thanks
