It was a remote purchase and so I was a little hesitant but after speaking to Lee and David over phone I felt much confident . The car was very clean and scratch free as shown in video and pictures. Bought a car must be 4 years back from them. The car I wanted had just been sold, but they had a great alternative that I didn’t realise was there when I looked online. Bought it for a great price, they took my old car in part ex for a fair price and in general they were friendly, patient, informative and I’d definitely buy from them again. I’ve noticed a lot of the one star comments here revolve around people not getting a call back, I can’t say I’ve had that issue as they called me right back when they said they would. I'm fairly inexperienced when buying cars so i went into my purchase very wary of what I was buying and if I was getting a good deal. After meeting Lee and the team I was immediately at ease. All the guys working here and very relaxed and are far from the typical pushy salesman stereotype I've experienced in the past. I couldn't take the car away on the day, which was my fault, but the guys offered to deliver to my house, they sorted out a last minute MOT for me and all in all I left there feeling very well looked after. Cannot fault Hollybrook Car Centre at all - amazing customer service and immaculate cars! Not only did Lee come in on his day off so my other half was able to view the car, himself and David stayed on later the day we collected due to work commitments during the day. There was a slight issue with the handover (not the fault of the guys there at all but the previous dealership the part-ex car was purchased from). They dealt with this so well and were doing their absolute best to resolve it so he was able to drive the new car away that evening, which we were able to do! :) They also have perspex screens and wipes, hand gel etc all in place for the current situation! Great car, well sourced with full paperwork. Really helpful sales team, who let us come back out of hours to let my wife test drive the car, and then purchase it. Car was immaculate and minor MOT faults (tyres) rectified before collection. Unfortunately, it had an alternator failure after a few weeks, but they went out of their way to rectify the problem, and even replaced the battery too. Great communication throughout. Absolutely fantastic experience, had been looking for a saab convertible in lime green for ages. Hollybrook listed one, due to distance from me, they gave me a detailed description of the car over the phone. I then purchased this car blind and had it delivered in a couple of days. The car is 16 years old with full service history and 2 owners. 1 of them owning it for the last 16 years. The car arrived exactly as described, the car drives as though it's just come out of the showroom. Not a fan of private reg numbers but we are looking at putting a private plate on it as it certainly does not look like a 16 year old car. As for hollybrook, they couldn't be more helpful, pleasant and honest. Would recommend them in a instant.

I was recommended to contact Dave at Hollybrook Car Centre, after weeks of researching for a BMW F10 Msport, not only did Dave have the exact model and colour he had a pristine example with every possible extra. I instantly knew Dave was a genuine and trustworthy car dealer, so without viewing or test driving the car in person, I purchased the car online and imported the Vehicle to Ireland. I look at the car (Porsche) and there little little cabin was far to busy , so I stayed out in rain drolling over the fabulous Porsche . I found the car i wanted but the problem was i lived in Devon and it was in Southampton. After speaking to David a few times about the car and the service history, cam belt etc. i put a refundable deposit ( if the car wasn't how described) and decided to make the 3 hour drive on a Saturday to view. When i arrived the car was there gleaming and i couldn't find a thing to haggle with. Loved the car and after some terrible haggling on my part i drove away with my new car. 2 weeks later unfortunately it had to have a brake caliper replaced and here came the problem. My colleagues all said you shouldn't have bought a car so far away....... they were wrong. After taking it to a local garage and finding out the part wasn't covered by the warranty, Hollybrook Cars agreed to pay for the cost of the repair rather than me travel all the way back to Southampton where they would have fixed it. Can't fault them (apart from their better negotiating skills than mine).
