I couldn't recommend Jean-Pierre enough and have had multiple great experiences with them. I have found them to be super friendly and excellent at keeping me informed - they work so efficiently that before I know it my car is ready to pick up again! I trust them to give me advice based on my needs (safety, budget etc), not for business gain. And more recently very safe in a covid world - sanitising their hands before and after touching my car keys. Sadly I'm moving away from the area, I hope I find another garage as reliable, reasonably priced and trustworthy as them! Thanks for all your help Jean-Pierre!

I was so fortunate to find this lovely family run company, I bought a Skoda Yeti off them after searching dealers and websites, I travelled quite a distance to get there after seeing Yeti they had, they were so helpful and no pressure whatsoever, I was free to satisfy myself that the car and it was superb , they had gone over it with a fine toothcomb to ensure it was perfect as I could see all their cars are, outstanding service and I can only say go there or look at their web site, you can be assured of complete 100% satisfaction ...I recommend your journey there will be well worthwhile.....a company way ahead of the rest

Recently bought a Skoda Fabia from Luke at Jean-Pierre in Southampton. Really pleased with the purchase. No high pressure sales patter, just a straightforward description of what the car can do. The chap who prepares the cars is worth a mention as ours was spotless and smelled like a new. The test of any garage is how you’re treated when you raise a problem after purchase. Our’s had a problem with an engine sensor and it was sorted next day, under warranty of course, and the service staff were happy to discuss what they had done. We would be happy to take the car to Jean-Pierre for service work when it is needed, and know it will be in good hands. Recommended.

And good team of mechanics, Prices are so much better than other local garages and top honest service, 9/10 times you can get car booked straight in and parts are always at a good price, They’ve worked on my 1972 classic mini and my newer model car so their broad knowledge of cars is always helpful, They are not your average fitters being told what to do by a laptop, These guys know their stuff, I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Very very pleased! I made a trip down by train from London to check our a Skoda Octavia. It was exactly as described. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. They delivered the car to me when it was ready - and I got a beautiful car - cheaper than anything equivalent I could find in London. I bought a used Skoda from Luke at Jean-pierre. The service from my initial call up until delivery of the vehicle was outstanding. The car was delivered during lockdown thanks to a contactless system put in place. The vehicle was fully serviced before delivery, and I even noticed new tires were put on without my asking. The vehicle did unfortunately develop a fault shortly after purchase, as any car can. This was taken care of without question and no hassles - which is great as this was certainly an older car than is usually sold at the dealership. All in all, I couldn't recommend Jean-pierre enough to any potential buyer! This is a safe, reliable and trustworthy option. 10/10

Went there the tail end of last year when my clutch imploded. The RAC guy was great in towing me there mid Saturday morning. The garage was brilliant. They were due to finish work midday but said they might start on it anyway. By the end of Monday they had ordered and fitted parts needed at a reasonable cost and I was back on the road again. Can't be more happy. Great customer service and my car drives better than ever.

Brought my old Felicia in to have the ECU and throttle body recalibrated. They only charged me 45 minutes labour. I'm sure a lot of places would round this up to an hour but they only charged how long it took. They took the time to explain exactly what they'd found on the computer and what they had done. Very happy. Drives like a new car now (it's 21 years old)

Really reliable guys here. Was visiting Southampton at Easter weekend when my electric window failed. These guys were open on Saturday morning that weekend.
