We went to this garage after seeing a car online that I wanted. We ended up looking at another car that had only just arrived. We took it for a text drive and loved it. The staff were so helpful and genuine. We asked them to carry out a few jobs on the car before I bought it which they did very well. We collected it a week later to find that they had also done so extra bits to the car to make sure it was at great standard before we took it away. I can't recommend this garage enough, excellent standard of care to their customers!

Could not recommend this garage enough the most friendly and genuine people ever. I visited a car I saw online and there was absolutely no hard sales or pressure to purchase the car. My partner was looking for a specific car an Alfa Romeo ideally in Cobalt Blue which we found via auto trader at Kings lake cars. Unfortunately this was in the second COVID lock-down, however my partner called them and was basically turned away which she did not like however when COVID lock-down finished we made a call and arrange a test drive. We rocked up on a sunday morning where handed the keys and took it out for a spin, no sales flannel or pre excuses just given the keys. The car drove very well was not polished up or any made to be something it was not there were a few scratches however these are to be expected. The salesman was open and honest about the value of our PX but was flexible enough. Very pleasant experience

I recently bought a VW Sharan. I have to say it was the best car buying experience of my life and I am in my 60s and have bought and sold quite a few cars over the years. I was given the keys and let loose on my own for a hassle free test drive. Once I had decided to buy the car then Adam had it serviced and mot'd with new brake discs and pads and tyres all round! I bought a Ford focus form here about 3 years ago! Sorry for the late review. I had driven a long way and even though It was just outside of opening hours Shaun stayed open for us and I was allowed a test drive. I took the car out and noticed a horrendous noise from the engine! When I got out the guy had a look and there was no oil in the car due to a leak! I guess I was stupid really but I said I would still take the car if they fixed it as I REALLY liked it. I paid a deposit and a week later it was ready for another test. They provided the receipts of the work they had done, new tappets, cam shaft fixed the oil leak AND a new cambelt free of charge! It sounded like a new engine. A few weeks later it was a bit hesitant so I checked the spark plugs on my "serviced car" and they were not new to say the least. I called up and they said they only classified a service as an oil change! However he was apologetic and sent the money for new plugs. A few weeks later the oil leak 're appeared (focuses are known for this) they took it back in no problem and provided a hire car for the day. I have given 5* as they really went the extra mile for me as a customer and there really was no pressure on the sale. The car was fantastic for 3 years no issues until some old lady crashed into it recently and wrote it off! If they had another car I wanted I would jump at the chance to buy from them.

Honestly wish I could rate it higher than five stars as they were amazing, especially Adam in particular! We turned up, asked to see the car and we were shown to the car and left to have a look and a chat on our own before they pulled it out for us to test drive. We decided we loved it and went for it straight away. Adam was brilliant with sorting my finance out and we soon came to an agreement with the finance company. Our previous car had given up on us unexpectedly and with a baby we needed the new one as soon as possible, so Adam arranged for us to take it the same day and return in the following weeks for its service and MOT so we didn't miss out on a years MOT with the car. We left soon after with our brilliant new car, which wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Adam. Have recommended this garage to family and friends too. Can't thank you guys enough!

I was dreading replacing my car and could not have been happier or more surprised by how easy Kingslake made the whole process. There was no hard sell, just honest, concise answers to our queries. The car I chose was priced competitively and had been valeted to a high standard inside and out. We purchased it on a Sunday afternoon and were pleased when Kingslake arranged to have it serviced and ready to go by Monday lunchtime. We had an issue with a seatbelt sensor and were told to bring the car back at our convenience. The problem was remedied instantly by plugging a sensor back in and since then everything has been faultless. I was even offered a courtesy car should I need one. Would highly recommend them and this will be the first place I look next time we need to replace a vehicle.

Since arriving at Kingslake we were warmly greeted but without the typical sales pitch you would expect at a car sales showroom. We were left to browse at our own leisure which allowed us to talk privately about the cars we were interested in. After finding a car we wanted to test drive we were the ones that had to approach the salesman which I feel is how it should be done. Kingslake obviously operate a stress free sales approach which inevitably worked as I ended up buying a beautiful Vauxhall Insignia from them. The car was given to me with a brand new MOT, Service and full valet! I couldn't have asked for more. After having the car for a week I came across a few tiny issues, which unfortunately is the risk you take by buying a car. However, Kingslake couldn't have been more helpful, every time issue I came across I only had to pop it in for them to fix. There was one issue they couldn't fix so they arranged a Vauxhall specialist to come out and repair it. The car is now fixed and is in prime condition! Thank you so much for the stress free and hassle free environment you guys offer. Would highly recommend to anybody looking at buying a car without the typical sales pitches that you would get from other dealers.

I purchased a Landrover Freelander 2 from Kingslake back in January. Right from the start the experience was excellent. I was given the keys and told to "help myself" looking around the car. No pressure selling there then. Took the car out on my own for a test drive. I could have been out for ages but just took a 20 minute drive. On my return Adam at kingslake could not hve been more helpful, answering all of my questions and working out a good PX on my old car. Collected the car 3 days later. It turned out that the car did have a problem with the fuel gauge reading incorrectly but a couple of texts to Adam and he organised a fix through the warranty. Car now running as it should and no more problems Would i buy another car from Kingslake?? Without any hesitation!! Friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask from a used car dealer. No, i don't work for them nor am i related to anyone there. Just an honest review

Bought a Ford Focus C-Max from Kingslake. The service you get from this dealer is second to none. I came from London to view the car, sales staff is unobtrusive, no hard sell and they let you just look around the car and then you go back to the sales person if you have more questions. I took it for a test drive and could go by myself, quite different from the London area. Car came with full MOT and freshly serviced. When I came to collect the car, Kingslake offered to pick me up from the train station, my train was late, and the driver patiently waited for me for well over 1/2 hour. It is nice to see that there are still some good down to earth car dealers around and I can whole heartedly recommend Kingslake, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to purchase anther car from Kingslake, despite not being close by.
