I’ve had many excellent Lexus cars from various dealers, my most recent being an LC 500 Hybrid, I was enthralled by the way it drove, so quiet, comfortable and surprisingly good on fuel, not to mention the looks you get when driving it. But in the back of my mind I was constantly toying with the idea of owning the V8 model. I’d had a search running on Autotrader for some time, and it alerted me to a stunning Sonic Red LC500 V8. I contacted Dan Palmer at Lexus Hedge End and he couldn't have been more helpful, sending me a very detailed video walk-around of the car, and arranging for a viewing the following day. The viewing and test drive sealed the deal, the car was immaculately presented and looked amazing. I can’t thank Dan enough and can thoroughly recommend Lexus Hedge End and Dan to anyone in the market for a new or used Lexus car.

Very pleased with the overall service at Lexus- in particular Dan Palmer who has been very accommodating- even to the extent of bringing documentation down to my place of work to sign. Also very refreshing to see a much more laid back approach to the car sales also including unaccompanied test drives with no time constraints- unlike the B&W dealership I recently visited - with a very aggressive sales manner! Picked up new car today, first class service from Lexus Hedge End since ordered 9 months ago. Car gleaming and spotless with all paperwork ready. Lexus at Hedge End have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we walked into their showroom, we were welcomed warmly. Buying cars can be a bit daunting, but everyone was very kind and had the time to discuss everything we wanted and needed from a car, in a relaxed and down to earth manner, over a fabulous cup of coffee! My husband and I have bought two Lexus’ from this dealership in the last year and they could not have been more helpful. We have dealt with Dan Palmer, who is knowledgeable, efficient, extremely hard working and generally a really great guy to get to know. He really went out of his way to get us what we needed from a car, within a budget we were comfortable with. We can’t think of anything which could of made the buying process of our two cars any smoother. We have been buying from Lexus for 20 years and could not recommend the hardworking staff at Lexus any more highly and Dan in particular has been very patient with us!
