Meadens of Hythe delivers high customer service, I cannot fault them. Over the years my family and I have purchased many cars from them and used their van hire service. I have no problem giving them five stars as it is well deserved. Buying a vehicle from them is a pleasurable experience throughout.

One of few places open on the Easter bank holiday Monday which was very lucky, so glad to have found it. Told on the phone about their 4 hour hire option, which was just right for me. There's a petrol station right next door as well, which is perfect for refueling before returning the van. Not a huge selection, but may have just been because I needed it for the next day. The entrance is a bit hidden, and you actually need to go towards the petrol station car wash, some extra signage might be good as we missed it at first.

I recently purchased a 2009 Audi A4 S-line from Steve & Lee at meadens, unfortunately, due to unforeseen factory circumstances, the car needed engine work to be carried out with Audi directly. Through the entire experience , i was always kept mobile regardless of any small issues, the contact rate from the guys was second to none, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional with the way they dealt with any of my queries. I would happily purchase another car from this dealership, and want to thank Steve, Lee and Malcolm for all their hard work throughout this time.
